As an Indian Greg, allow me to explain the topper one. Topper basically means the highest rankers in class. In India, everything comes down to grades, nothing else matters. You have to know how to write what you know properly in exams, otherwise you won't get marks. Teachers have very specific answer key and you need to magically match it if you want to score good. I know people (including myself) who knew everything but couldn't write it down exactly like they wanted and therefore didn't get the deserved marks. On the other hand, there are people who do not understand the concepts but know how to memorize and write and they do very well in exams. It's a flawed outdated system and no one likes it.

I was just reminded of when I was in elementary school I imagined that my desk was a hospital, the homework sheets were patients, my pencil was Dr Ticonderoga, and my pens were nurses. There were all kinds of intrigues and plots including one of the pens rebelling against the pencil and being locked in the pencil pouch until she agreed to do her job, and one of the patients dying and the pencil covered it up with the help of one of the pens. I remember it being very entertaining

When I was in elementary school I played a game where the pencils were children (the shorter the better) and me and my best friend would keep on sharpening them and then get in trouble but blame other people and (we sat next to each other for the whole year so we were constantly talking and laughing) then the sharpeners where hair cutters and pens were parents and we played one game where it was Halloween and the children went trick or treating dressed as barbers cause it was so scary and now that I think about it it would be terrifying having your skull slowly being shaved down but it was super fun and one time one pencil broke and we tied it together with a tissue like a bandage

I usually don't pay attention to the background of Danny's videos that much so sometimes I'm shocked to find that the nutcrackers randomly increase.
