I keep notes on a notepad on my phone. How many reps/sets I did and how heavy. I carry it around with me at the gym and tweak it as I go. Gives me something to do during that awkward rest time where I'm trying to avoid eye contact with the other people at the gym. 😂

I love it babe. There is also a free app called strong where you can do it and it is a bit easier than writing it on the notepad. Once it got deleted for no reason and I was like wtf 🥹😱😂😂 xx

Girls, try the unilateral RDL with the cable machine; you will be able to feel the burn much more compared to using dumbbells 🍑

I only have an hour in the gym and rest about 45 secs per set to get more in. Will it be better to do less exercises and rest more in between? Or get more sets/variation in? I am seeing gains with how I’m doing it. Thanks! You’re amazing!

one hour is enough for good workout session! Go heavy & try go as close to failure as possible then you willl not need more then 3-4 workouts. Quality matters! Do 2-3 min in between sets to have the energy to do so. :D Important is to choose good workouts you can perform well & with good form ;)

If something is working for you, you should try stick with it. You can also build muscle with lower weights and more reps if the volume is right. But 1 hour is great and you can still make some great gains xx

Is it ok, to change the way you do the exercise? Like let’s say I’m doing rdls on the smith machine but get bored with it can I do it with dumbells instead?

You can rotate sure but maybe do it over a couple of weeks rather than changing it every single time you train xxx

sometimes people who speak English as a second language get tired trying to imitate perfect English accent and just give in to their natural accent. I’m Serbian and I can speak English very well but eventually I get tired of faking the accent and just start sounding Russian lol
