Excellent advice. State your position and what you want. Common sense before emotions- feelings. It's a business and responsibility.. Feelings are fleeting and changeable. You cannot build a solid house on quicksand.

Been watching your videos during the breakup 2 1/2 mos ago, bought the Breakup Triage, and kept me stable and motivated to move forward. You are full of wisdom and thank you for putting videos up for all of us.❤ Fast forward to 6 weeks after the break up my ex contacted me because her life crumbled in such short amount of time. She obviously thought I am the only one she could trust. She has been texting everyday since then (almost amonth). We had the talk, she said she wants to fix herself and try again when she is okay. Need to do the same because she cheated. I told her we need to change and need to take it slow. We have seen each other 3x in a month. Felt connection and she moved a little forward physically with me whenever. Most convos are deep. Some just silly stuff. We just dont talk about us often. I don't exactly know if she is reserving me or we are slowly trying to figure out if we indeed want to try it one more time. To her credit, she is showing positive little changes, but too soon to know if she can sustain this.

I love men too and I agree with you a 100%. I’ve seen terrible moms that take advantage of their husbands during marriage and then in divorce. They take the house and the kids and it is just unfair.

My ex of 5 months whom I lived with for 2 years messages me constantly throughout the Day! Nothing of value but constant.He was always very bad at expressing himself or even understanding emotions. I dont know if I should write him that its not ok to keep doing this if hes confused....i have to see him again in a couple of weeks. I still have stuff at his place.
