As a fellow Ice Walker, I applaud your selection of soap and slash. Can a man ever have enough Menthol? Love that TI, ashamed to say I don’t have one, but I have had a Le Grelot in my cart for a minute. It will be my next one. Entertaining and informative as always. Take care.

Thanks Eric. Modern TI’s have a unique feel. Their C135 is rigid and hard steel that takes and holds an edge. From my sampling I find they do not have the thinness of grind or flexible feel that comes with that.

Lovely ⅞ Ti shave Bill ! Also the clearest visual of the difference in convex stones curve I've yet seen 🎉. I still own the shaping plate from Jarrod , id love to make some convex wooden strops with diamond paste , ( ps you're the perfect vaccine for the bullshit forum's....ive never been tempted to join in ).

I actually did not have it in me for a full matching up. You can see in one of the photos a small leveling off at the ends.
