Things You MUST Do To Get Your Ex Back 

I don't even care about getting my ex back anymore, I am just watching all his videos cause it is soothing and it make me feel better.

This advice saved my marriage. Let them immediately experience the full consequences of their decision to break up with you. No contact, no texting, no staying friends, no NOTHING.

1. Don’t contact her, go to the gym, learn something new, upgrade your wardrobe and let them reach out.

I went through my break up last year during covid and had Coach by my side all the way through. Thank you for your words coach, with patience (and a lot of pain) I was able to heal and my ex did come back after 2 months. We were 7 years deep now going on 8 feeling stronger than ever. Trust yourself you’ll be ok. Be patient with yourself. When I was going through the most painful time I’d play coach’s videos to put my painful thoughts to rest so I can sleep.

It’s been 6 days - very toxic relationship but did my best to fix it. Huge swings of ups and downs but yes ultimately it’s best to keep your head high and walk away. What the future holds only one knows

I planted the seed of telling her the door is open. She strung me along for a few days and when we broke up I told her to imagine how unstoppable we'd be if we both had self love. I then told her to genuinely consider letting me prove the things I let her down on. She said she would think about it and that's all I can hope for. Went into NC. We'll see what happens

if my ex starts dating someone that seals the deal there is no way ill return with someone who had sex with another person after me. there is no guarantee that whatever they had going on is fully over if you accept the person back.

Hello Coach Lee, ty for this video. Recently i tried NC to pull my self together and to work on myself. I did 11 days of NC and i was feeling good i worked a lot on myself. Since we are co-workers, we bumbed on each other, that day was our anniversary we were talking and i invited her to spend weekend together in my place. We had best time in last 2 years, a lots of laugh, funny memories and stuff. But since she is in the middle of the exam period, and she should graduate on university after this month i kinda felt that i shouldnt push for more. Aswell i felt like i wasnt ready, that i aswell want to have more time for myself to not be distracted in next couple of weeks. Now i dont text her anymore again, im polite on work, but i kinda keep distance, and im afraid that she will see that as something wrong. Can you anytime cover the topic of dumpee wanting more time actually. #4 makes me curious. Is it a bad idea to treat your ex in a questionably flirtatious manner from their perspective when your in person. No advances or anything, just doing things to make them question whether you are interested still. I feel like in person you were supposed to be more fun and show off the new you rather than being neutral or slightly cold and straight to the point.

my ex accidentally called me on facebook, I was one of the few friends she had on there I'll take her by her word that it was an accident, but it seemed like she wanted to at least talk to me to see how things are going. said that she was thinking about me, I thought about her too it was impossible not to.
