No contact is the greatest thing ever! I know it’s difficult but, it works so well that the hardest part is figuring out if you want to take your ex back after no contact.

My ex is back after 9 months of no contact. I haven’t responded to his text or answered his calls because I’m unsure if I want him back now. A part of me does, but a bigger part of me feels like he doesn’t deserve this new version of me.

⁠BEST content on the internet! We have to DETACH By going no-contact. It creates emotional disconnect and helps you to see “the ex” clearly, instead of through rose colored glasses. If they discarded you, THAT IS how you are to remember them…as someone who was cruel and threw you away. It requires rewiring the brain though. The brain wants to fix a problem. So it keeps you strategizing “the how” to fix it but THE ONLY way to truly disconnect and detach is by going no contact.

My husband of 38 years, he not only left in the middle of the night to go to his mistress , but he mot only blocked me but he blocked his KIDS and his Grandson, he has not reached out to them in 8 months, that’s cruel and hateful. The kids did nothing. 🙁

I wonder how much of the no contact teaching really applies after a 2nd or 3rd breakup when you took them back too easily with too little resistance and didn’t ask the hard questions or really get them to face their issues and traumas. It seems the taking back easily just lowers your value in their eyes to a place where no contact is ineffective…even if the growth and change actually occur on their part.

Well my ex and I see one another. We occasionally have lunch. I love seeing him, but I am understanding that when we’re together, I would like to have more. Although I would never say it. Quite interesting video. Thanks for sharing this. I've been in NC for 5 weeks now. She started to unblocked me on the 2nd week. From the 2nd to 4th week she kind of looking my social media stories but she wasn't react or like my post. At 5th week, seems like she didn't watch my stories. I've posted like twice a week as I always did previously. So what does that means? Does she completely moved on? Or she's trying to playing Ego as she doesn't want me to know that she's watching my stories?

I’m the dumper because he continued to use medical weed and would get triggered and angry often and I tried for ages to get him to get some help ( he is possibly bpd also) and I know he need’s a professional It’s painful for me because I want him back without the weed and anger/ rage but it’s up to him to help himself the last thing I told him was I hope he can turn it around and get help because I can no longer deal with it in my life. I am gonna be honest .I doubt very much my ex is missing me.She broke up with me last year due to loss of attraction , fair enough. She had a short-lived rebound. We kept in touch during all that time and I sensed she was seeing someone else without her telling me , you just know.
