Can't believe a game's gameplay and mechanics that's 10years old is way ahead of the current UFC games. Unbelievable garbage we've been fed these years. It's a shame that the console community isn't like the computer community. You've got games like counter strike 1.6 ( almost 20 years old) still rocking 7000 players a day, till this day!! And then you have the greatest ufc game ever with no players online. Shambolic
I never actually got to play undisputed 3. I got into UFC when I had a PS4 I know I picked up EA UFC on sale too and then went on to the following EA UFCs once they were released. So because PlayStation doesn’t offer it backwards compatible or anything I never got the chance. I hope the new game pass type subscription PlayStation is going to start doing offers it/ fight night but I kinda doubt it will
@@unknown_ufc5986 I played it a few times when I was a kid but never really grasped the controls and learned how to play so I kinda gave up on it and started playing shooters 🤣 just recently I got back into ufc games starting with ufc 2 then going to 3 and realized how amazing the game actually was and what I missed out on
Man I miss the UFC Undisputed games. Not only was they fun but they had a certain game modes I loved which was the Pride kickboxing mode and event mode. Now I wish these games were backwards compatible lol
I forgot all about how some characters have special moves only they can do. You can't do that teep catch to spinning elbow with anybody but Jon in this game. I believe Cerrone has a special upper Hook type punch only he can do as well. These games just had so many little things that made them great
Man I just fought Anderson for the belt went to a draw and he beat me in a split decision in the second fight this game is so legit LEVELS ahead of these new games
U see how he stops a takedown. When he stops the takes downs he performs a under hook into a clinch. I havent seen that in ufc 4. And the bottom position from full guard, he actually has a 2 hand grip on the opponent head to prevent him from posturing up. But in UFC 4, fighters only use one hand to prevent a posture up. Its is fairly easy to posture up with only one hand trying to prevent from posturing up.
This was the best UFC game in my opinion. The gameplay/game mechanics were so good and Definitely way ahead of its time. Me and my friends had some amazing wars back in the day that I wish I could have recorded bc our fights were legit and so good. Man I miss this game so much. Anyway loving the content brotha and thanks for always entertaining me. Keep up the amazing work and I'm ready for the next vid already! Much love Martial🖤🖤
I respect this after all theses years you still able to fight on Legendary difficulty. This was the last mma game my brother played. This game aged well and still on top in my opinion.
Not only does this game have the pride theme song (strong enough to induct it into video games hall of fame) it actually has pride mode. PRIDE MODE. This game aged like a fine Jose Aldo.
Yo martial ,your a legend bro ,thank you so much for bringing UFC 3 BACK in BLACK Jon Bone Jones ,the nostalgia of this game is peaking, this game was highly underrated when it came out ,think what this could have turned out to be if Zufa touched the graphics up and just tweaked the game mechanics a little , watching you struggle with title defence mode has given me validation on how hard and intelligent the A.I was in this game, your an insanely good player, UFC E.A franchise doesn't have shit on this game ,thanks for bringing it back champ! This maybe an older game...but the entire package of this game was next level ,intuitive, just fun and challenging, if the movements got upgraded to be more fluid ,new fighters and new engine i dont see this franchise developed by Zufa being surpassed by any other ufc developer. The knockouts meant something ,the sounds of the hits,the unique striking you could apply to cafs , even the cutscenes and game modes fight mechanics all of which E.A dumped and for a high gloss finish and nothing else,neglected everything ,i cant play that junk E.A developed UFC.
yo martial, title mode is cool and all, but could you maybe have another go at career mode? undisputed 3 had the best career mode out of all the games imo
I think a good Challenge would be to get the Belt in all the rest of the divisions while playing as the real fighter. Like using Rory AND being super agressive or Nick Díaz AND box a lot, do jiu jitsu as well as taunt the rival
I'll NEVER forget buying this the day it was first released. I've created so many CAFS for career mode over the years and even created Dana white for me and my brothers to test our fighters moves on😂. The ONLY downsides with this game were the LOOONG loading times and career mode was not long enough - Masterpiece 🏆💯
Man This game I still play on my old 360 I wish it was backwards compatible… but anyways this game is so much fun there is actual weight behind punches the ragdoll physics are just amazing and there is so many transitions you can do. Ea really has made the franchise horrible . I hope one day we get another mma game with these same physics because this game was ahead of it’s time !
Hey Martial, just wondering, are you aware you can just hold back on the right stick to block a takedown? It even goes into a hands down stance. If you do this when you predict a takedown is coming you will defend. You can also hold this when u feel like you are not in trouble on the feet and the AI will see that and not shoot.
Just to be clear I mean you can hold this hands down stance and move around. I don't want it to sound like I think you don't know how to block takedowns, lol. Just that it seems like you always flick on reaction instead of holding it down to go into the stance.
As someone who has 5000 plus hours playing this game. That's two discs cracked from use, this was the easiest game to beat the AI system cause they never stray from their program
Henry, can you try playing the career mode again. This time play in ultimate difficulty. Maybe try creating a current ufc superstar who isn't in the game already
Why doesnt UFC 4 have weigh ins, or pre fight interviews/ post fight interviews, those are small things that make the ufc fun & would make the game fun, like UFC 4 is too modern of a game to not have that. Oh wait, I forgot, EA doesn't care about their games.
My favorite ufc game to this day was definitely way ahead of it's time on release. until they make a ufc game with the mechanics this one has I'll never be impressed with a ufc game
I don't know if you will see this but if you do pls consider doing title defense mode with jon with ultimate AI so maybe you can rematch Forrest Griffin and take your "W"
