I feel so bad for the people who genuinely just want to have a chill moment in their lives when suddenly people like this come over and start being a new breed of mosquito
I think that’s being a little nice. Mosquitos play a vital role in our ecosystem and without them many plants and animals rely on them to survive. With mosquitoes fish such as trout would have a tough time eating food in the summer without them. They also pollinate other plants. These RU-vidrs do less in the world than that.
Aww, boohoo, you're so oppressed! Someone came up and... *gasp*... called you a pussy?! Oh god, quick, someone locate the nearest safe space with cotton candy and relaxing jazz music!! Like lighten up bro, your girl isn't gonna drop you for some dude at the beach, you don't need to worry and puff your chest up like some big macho wannabe. I feel worse for the dude who's out $600 because 1. some insecure jack's ass couldn't handle a joke, and 2. the police officers refused to do their job/enforce the law in their community and charge the person who victimized him.
That dude who grabbed the prankster's mic and threw it into the ocean was a gigachad. That's what you get for bothering people who just want to be left alone.
Oh youre so correct! But uh nahhhhhhh, id do it too and the fact the cops didnt care shows there's some truth to it not being wrong. Cry more@user-jw8rr3zy8y
I don't like these pranksters but the reality is this, just because you got your feelings hurt you can't be allowed to destroy someone's property, this should be illegal, the cop was biased.
The fact that the cop immediately refused to do his job and charge a criminal with the according crime made me realize humanity is doomed and people are too sensitive.
@@honkhonk5181 is what it is, play with fire and you get burned. He dragged himself into it, he deals with the consequences, regardless of however great the prank is (which, btw, it was mundane at best)
The dude who threw that mic is so cool, even played it cool until he saw the pranksters bothering others. The guardian of the beach has passed his judgement. 10/10 everyone needs a beach guardian.
That cop was an absolute f u c k i n g dooshbag. You think he would have reacted the same way if he smashed a girl’s camera for filming against his will? Definitely not. If you aren’t being touched or threatened, you don’t get to act like that just because you don’t like a person. The couple was obviously under no danger at all and asking for a girl’s number with a funny t shirt on doesn’t mean you get to act like a rotten f**king sour puss. That absolute pot bellied vampire goblin is lucky he didn’t get maced.
I love how cops (is that a cop? Idk) know what young people are actually doing and can counter it. A cop that isn't aware this was provocation may have took his side.
Those cops were based as fuck. Zero tolerance or patience for his childlike bullshit and victimized mentality when he started the entire thing. They know damn well everyone is just out there trying to enjoy the beach when this insufferable clown comes along to ruin it for everyone. I wish media platforms would just outright ban shit like this. I dont mind pranks where people pretend to be bushes and jump people, but even those "pranksters" pick and choose specific people who dont have drinks or phones or shit in their hands that could break/spill/etc. But this type of "prankster" is just fucking dumb and insufferable.
10:12 god i love both cops reactions to this jerk. "you *guess* he got offended?" with a small smile that just screams, "what the fuck is wrong with you?" "have you been trespassed before?" "yeah" "..shocking."
Props to the girl who confronted the prankster, called him a p@ssy and told him to fck off, while her husband was chilling on the chair after throwing the mic into the ocean lol absolute power couple, I loved them
@@wontonschannelironically, the only people I know calling others "children" are children themselves. To each his own. I do me, you do you, they do themselves. You want reasonable critique of the situation, there are plenty of other comments in the video for you to have conversations over.
@@mmrchive Yeah I bet you speak to a lot of children homie. And yeah, that's why I've been commenting in plenty of other threads. Don't worry, you guys aren't special or unique :)
I gotta agree with Charlie, normally I think attacking someone for an aspect of their appearance that they can't change or control is a low blow, but when they're someone like the "prankster" we see here, I feel like it becomes fair game. They wanna purposely make themselves unlikeable public menaces, then maybe they deserve to be shamed in any way possible.
We need a 'fuck around and find out' bill that works like stand your ground laws enabling prank victims to legally throw pranksters possessions into the sea
I agree, but the language would likely be “Mess around, figure it out.” See it’s gotta say something indirectly related so it’s needlessly complicated.
Thank you, Charlie. I had some pranksters do the same thing with me and my fiance at the time. She wasn't haven't it so she tossed her cup of water on their camera. They called the cops on us and the people around us took our side and said they were harassing us. They got a permanent trespass from the lake. They were hideous-looking older dudes in their late 30s or maybe even early 40s coming up to my fiance who was 22 years old at the time. We are married, and she i 25 now. I miss the old funny harmless pranks. I remember some pranksters handed me a bucket of water balloons and started counting down from 10 and we had a fun water balloon fight. lol. Those were chill pranks.
@@cloud_playz1014 He's recording people without asking them. But technically he should have called the police or told someone. Either way, the guy didn't have any right to record him and got into his personal space first.
I love those beach cops. They knew exactly what they were getting into and weren't having any of it. That "shocking" when the dude said he's been trespassed before was hilarious.
In case you missed it: yesterday I made a very important decision that will change YOUR life for ever. I now consider myself a RU-vid top tier celebrity which means i will NOT reply or interact with anyone's comment/s. If you're a big fan, mention it in your comment and I might like it. 3:40 so when that guy threw the mic into the ocean, and the prankster dude started screaming…. that was the worst second hand cringe i think i’ve ever received in my life
While I respect that guy highly for standing up for people, do you think throwing away his mic was a bit too much? like even tho the prankster kinda deserved it
@@stabfenn2960yeah but if they were petty they’d call cops and easily get the dude arrested since he tried to “steal the camera” and technically stole the mic.
The best thing about the mic thrower is that when he got harassed, he was chill and didn't let it bother him because he's confident and loves his girl and has a sense of self worth. But when he sees this guy bothering other people, he empathises and decides to intervene. Not to help himself. Not for revenge. He's already moved on. But to stop the guy from harassing others. What a chad.
@@OriginalCovfefe No, I think they are knobs. I just also think the law matters and being annoyed doesn’t give you the right to destroy other’s property.
@@bertbertsson6094 “Disturbing the peace” is a shitty law that just allows cops to arrest anyone they want on bullshit grounds. If it’s a public place then people should be protected from cops abusing laws in that way. Regardless, disturbing the peace is not an offence that deserves an immediate arrest. You’d get a warning and only if you ignored it would there be an arrest. Destruction of property is a much more serious offence.
Honestly props to that cop for just getting straight to the point and telling the man that he was in the wrong for being the one provoking people for a reaction god I hate public pranksters its not funny harassing strangers
Eh, mild provocation in a safe way isn't reasonable justification for assault and theft. The officers are definitely in the wrong. Charlie comes off as a rich white Karen.
@@yessum15 don’t go around provoking people and they won’t retaliate. It’s a pretty difficult concept for you to understand but the rest of us have it figured out.
The worse thing about "Pranksters" is that, lets say for the sake of argument that every single person they harass on the beach is polite, kind, and nonreactive to their pranks; How do we think that "Prankster" is going to react to this? Will the "Pranksters" simply nod at the camera and call it a good day's work? FUCK NO! They will Escalate! If people aren't reacting to their script, they will CHANGE THE SCRIPT and turn up the heat! That's the whole fucking point. Eventually they will find a temperature where tempers boil, and then cry like little babies when they get burned.
yeah, their whole premise is to be those weird kids who instigate fights in middle school(high school would be too mature for these type of prank channels). the type to say "ohhhhhhhh, bet you won't fight him" after one of your friends make a harmless joke.
Charlie never ceases to me laugh with the spongebob references “I’m gonna hit you with the cold water: that is some bubble-blowing, double baby, weenie hut junior nonsense” 🤣✋
@@ganondorf66 What does throwing it accomplish though? I could argue the same about destroying someones phone if theyre blasting music in a public place. It's still not my property to destroy
“What happens if he’s having a bad day?” This cop realizes this path could end up with MUCH more serious consequences than a broken camera. Kid got lucky here.
I totally agree with you. Going out and insult people is not a prank. It is insulting and harrassing. I love the reactions of the cops and of the lifeguard too.
I absolutely died of laughter when he said “the bravery, and commitment to put a smile on the face of absolutely nobody is admirable” like bro lmfaooo.
People have completely lost track of what a "prank" is supposed to be. Pranks used to just be innocent harmless jokes, but now literally any random crime qualifies as a prank.
Yeah dude thats like not harrassing anyone or harming anyone. Its just some silly little prank and it wont hurt anyone. It will probably surprise them and make them laugh so its actually nice. But coming up to couples and asking them for their number and calling them pussies or asking for a threesome is not nice or funny.
@@iHomelessMonkey there's always one ... He's not talking about the mic in the ocean, he's talking about giving these pricks what they deserve, and I say he deserves a broken mic
Absolutely love the couples reaction. The way they both stood up to the prankster so he wouldnt harrass anyone else is iconic. They're perfect for each other lol
People are just insecure over their girls. It’s obvious. So fast to violence then call others soft. You’re the type too get aggressive and get knocked down immediately.
@@FradkinYashua so what do you think would've been a fair punishment for him? He fucked around and found out. If he didn't provoke people, maybe he would still have his mic.
What the hell does that have to do with them being perfect for each other ? I swear, people are trying so hard to find "wholesome" things to imagine about other people, it gets so random and nonsensical. Stooding up to this douchebag doesn't mean anything to their intimate relationship. Stop trying to force wholesome statements.
I think the most hilarious part of this is how quickly his confidence depletes like its horror game stamina when he's faced with someone who could give him a taste of the sand
I showed my father this clip and he pretty much said "He should be thankful this was not the old days, that microphone would have ended up somewhere god never intended"
The guy who threw the mic in the water seemed like a chill and patient guy who had just got fed up with being the butt of a joke. For all they know he could’ve been having a rough day before this. Props to him for taking a stand. 👍
I guess I just wonder if damage to property is the right way to respond to it? The prankster is certainly ticking people off but then again... Will Smith was angry enough at Chris Rock to 'take a stand' as well. I'm sure you agree 100% with Will Smith's actions as well. :)
@@Jessica7318 dude... comedian doing comedian things is not the same as youtuber doing pranking things especially when you disrespect people like that..
@@unitedstars1117 I agree with you 100%. I feel like pranksters who do this stuff take on the attitude of 'You can't touch me, you can't touch me. I can be as annoying as I want but as long as I don't touch you or your stuff, you can't touch me or my stuff." The problem with this is that the prankster is taking on an antagonistic role, being the biggest asshole to this guy who is NOT being an asshole to him. And by doing this, going as far as 'he can go' where the guy's got no response to punish the prankster that falls short of damage to property or physical abuse... the prankster is leveraging this triggering situation. The prankster is relying on this person not going into the 'physical assault' or 'damage to property' area of response. And short of that, what the prankster is doing is the most damaging behavior short of that stuff. We can all understand the urge to shut this guy up or find a way to make him regret what he's doing. The loss of expensive equipment, or a good solid hook across the jaw is a natural consequence for what he's doing. but because the act of doing those things 'should be considered crimes'... he's hoping people 'want to do that stuff to him' but have to restrain themselves. I feel like that's why he felt so comfortable telling the cops: "I feel like there should be consequences for damage to property." On its own that sentence is 100% accurate and acceptable. What the cops have here is a situation where what might have happened constitutes a crime, but 'hey' it happened to a troll and it could be argued the troll was bringing this onto himself, so it's an 'unenforced' crime. The cops simply refuse to enforce the law in this case because what this guy was doing understandably makes people around him angry. It's just fascinating to see how all the elements of this encounter play out. - The troll being an absolute dick to people. - People reaching their breaking point, and NOT being limited by a ceiling of actions that constitute crimes. In this case, damage to property. - The partial restraint shown not to physically hurt the troll (even though there were threats to do it). - The cops deciding NOT to side with the person who's property was damaged because what he was doing, while not illegal, is still inflammatory. You stir the wind, you reap the whirlwind. So all of these individual events in this overall situation are just interesting to witness. But yes, you are 100% correct, the prankster really does have himself to blame for pushing people this hard, and assuming that they'll be limited in their response.
The cop, "repercussions is what actually happened". LOL This is true. Disturbing the peace is a crime, the couple were victims, and they dealt with it with a reasonable level of force. They are acting within the law. "have you ever been trespassed before?" 'yes' "Shocking"
"repercussions are what happened" I like how the kid doesn't even realize the officer is telling him that losing his mic is the consequence here for provoking people
if him and his buddy beat the dude for stealing there mic you think the officer would still be saying that? NO! Cause he agrees with the dude, probably a cop who doesnt look at the law but what he believes is right.
That repercussions correction was so underappreciated. The cops probably understood that the idiot meant "reparations" but instead of letting that slide and continuing the conversation, they go "repercussions is exactly what happened to you, you little punk". Giga chad cops
The Yakuza take care of their own, pranksters like that don't make it far in Japan. Some American streamer went to Japan to harass people in public and within a week or two he got assaulted multiple times and then threatened by the Yakuza.
Yeah true. Hey, you see that guy legally playing music? Why don't you go and smash his speaker too? I'm sure he knows what he is doing is annoying everyone around him, so he deserves it! And, while you're at it, why don't you just assault the dude who walked in front of your line of sight? He should know not to tarnish the scene you're enjoying, so he deserves it!
Imagine after a 40 hour week of stress from work you get to finally relax at the beach and some idiot comes up to you to pull a prank. I would throw his shit in the water too.
This is why I got pissed when I saw a video of a guy doing pranks on GameStop employees and one of them called the cops on him. And for some reason all the comments were like “what a baby! Calling the cops!” Like bitch……nobody has time for this unfunny bullshit
My dad used to put a rubber band on the sprayer nozzle of the sink so it would spray me when I turn it on. This makes me appreciate my dad's pranks and how innocent they were. I miss the days when people had "America's Funniest Home Videos" type of pranks.
I get your point except there have always been assholes doing shitty pranks, there just wasn't as many cameras. I imagine the Funniest Home Videos rejection pile is a vile thing, though.
You know, sometimes I feel like I haven't acomplished much in life yet and am dissapointed in myself, but knowing that people like this exist makes me feel so much better.
So glad I have this mindset instead of "Even if those pranksters are assholes, at least they're doing something big." Stop idolising assholes just because they're trying hard to be one.
This is definitely what happens when twitter people interact with the outside world especially when he said I wouldn't be a youtuber if I was great at grammer
How hurt this prankster gets is actually insane. He literally asks for $600 in damages for how he was hit. He absolutely deserved it. Edit: He provoked them and their response albeit very immature, was reasonable. Depending on your state, (if threatened or provoked...) it is legal to act out in this type of way, and to all the people who disagree, click right here -> 4:49 to 5:30. I rest my case.
One time I tripped and fell right in front of a car, but by some *literal miracle* I managed to roll out of the way. Zero chance you could pay me enough to do that again.
A prank is telling someone that the milk they're drinking is expired when you know it isn't, but it is funny watching them spit it all out. I tried it once.
