His meditations really work. It took me around six months of consistency but I went from a miserable, fearful place every day to steady gratitude and wholeness. Much less fear. I am not perfect or happy all the time, but my baseline is different. My thoughts are better quality most of the time. I am a different person 🤍 If youre on this journey keep pushing. You have to feel as though whatever you want is in your reality at this very moment. Thus, your body must be convinced that it has the emotional quotient of the future experience, happening to you now. You are awesome!
Stopping alcohol seven months ago has brought a profound shift in my life, unveiling a new vision and a renewed sense of being. The clarity and energy I now feel from the universe when I'm in tune with myself and connected to the outer world are indescribable. Through my healing, I've parted ways with some, but the blessings in the form of new connections and energies that align with my frequency, has been incredibly enriching. I had my phone playing next to me while sleeping and this was what I woke up to , was having a dream about my mother that passed and work up with happiness in my heart then hearing this and her talking about her mother that passed and how she uses her memories and the lessons her mom taught her. Part of the problem is that some of us forgot what that good feeling/memory is . Its hard to recall the heart centered feelings of like , say when your kids are born , or when you first got married , etc . The memories are there, but recreating the feelinf of that day or time frame seems almost impossible 😮😢☹️ But I'm not going to quit trying though. I can't get any time alone to do that. I am bothered an hour after I get up, sometimes 5 mins after I get up. Even though I have expressed I NEED time alone, they just keep pushing me. Crowding me, I can't breath!
59:00 women have to remember their identity isn’t only tied to their kids.. this is so true and women I have know who assumed this position never seems to fulfilled. Having and raising children is beautiful but you also have your own identity. Very important to walk that line… it’s good for you and your kids… it’s hard to do without a supportive partner.
Wow. First question is the biggest issue I have. And I can’t wait to get back to the point where I can raise energy again in a room, trauma is a real energy killer and the body keeps score for sure. It’s especially hard when maybe you’ve struggled with certain issues in the past like anxiety or depression and you actually are OK but you start picking that up and you’ve dealt with it for so long that you freak out and just assume it’s your own energy. I’ve just started asking my own self. Is this me or is this somebody. If it’s me, I try to figure out what the trigger is what the source is and rewrite my brain heal that area. If it’s another person I just start praying for them.
I'm not sure if I understand what u mean when u say " u don't know if it's another person" , I have had clinical depression since I was 18yrs old and had periods of just devastating depression. I am now trying to incorporate all the new ways of healing and changing our thoughts. And I am having a really hard time. I believe because I've spent almost all of my adult life in this state. I find it hard to even know how to not have depression even though I am desperate to heal from it. It effects every aspect of my life! I do believe in our ability to heal❤ and that gives me Hope!! ❤❤
Does anyone know what he’s talking about when he says the heart beats coherently? That makes no sense to me. What’s the difference between heart beats that are coherent and one’s that are not? What are we looking for on an ECG or EKG?
In 1985 my mom’s 4th pregnancy including my twin that died in utero. Found out she had cancer and she was in the middle of her pregnancy and was told if she wanted a chance to live she would have to abort the baby. She refused and they said she would die then and her 2 children would be orphans and the baby in utero would never even know his mom . Luckily her best friend (my almost mother) had a medicine woman for a mother . She gave my mom medicine straight from our territory and the cancer disappeared and my Baby bro is now turning 39 in October. She literally died like. 5 times giving birth to my big headed bro . She had to get a transfusion. Anyway there is a book available about the medicine woman Sophie Thomas from Saik’uz First Nation. The devastation thanks to over deforestation and government planned forest fires. They don’t want to have the cure for illnesses literally in our backyard. You can grow your own medicine and food .
