The TIS MFTECO now featuring the TIS EV-TEST100. This is a new addition to the TIS line up along side the extremely popular TIS MFTPRO-EV. Visit our website for more information: www.testinstrumentsolutions.c...
Do TIS hold a list of all serial numbers and owners? Can owners report lost or stolen TIS kit to you espcially MFTs? At some point the TIS kit will need to be calibrated and this could be a way to pass information onto the police. This would help set you apart from other brand like Fluke and Megger and help to reduce tool theft.
@@testinstrumentsolutions Apple Computers said the same thing about 10 years ago but after speaking to their customer base they relised it was something the customers wanted and needed. These days everybody knows about FindMyPhone. This caused a massive reduction in thefts and actually led to the generation of more sales.
Is this a firmware update and the extra hardware available as a package or has the TIS MFT ECO hardware been updated/replaced to measure RDCDD's? What extra features does the EV TEST100 offer when paired with the TIS MFT's in comparison to other brands of tester?
Hi Aaron, apologies we’ve just seen this comment, This is a hardware change on the ECO so existing older ECOs haven’t got the 6mA Type B or 6mA RDC-DD all new ECOs from December 2021 will have the EV Feature, the EV adapter will work with all three TIS MFTs the ECO, PRO and PRO+ if you check the RU-vid channel there’s videos on the ECO and PRO the only difference between the pro and pro+ is the + will conduct earth resistance tests 3 and 4 wire
