Thanks! I really appreciate the feedback. I might have more content coming next week. I totally get why you might want to wait for Steam Deck 2. First gen devices often have their issues, and even though the Steam Deck is far from perfect, I can safely say it’s by far my favourite gadget in over a decade. It’s well built, performs super well and is incredibly versatile. It also has completely replaced my Nintendo Switch, because it runs most Switch game way better than the Switch itself.

(Joystick input is different per game and is almost impossible to set up reliably with the gyro) Another thing to keep in mind is to not lift and use both arms to look left and right with the gyro. most experienced gyro players lay the controller almost flat on their lap or just hovering above their desk surface and use their left hand to tilt the left side of the controller forward for tracking right in-game and using their left hand to pull the left side of the controller towards themselves to track to the left in-game. Their right hand just holds the controller in place. For looking up and down they use both hands to tilt the entire controller forward or backward (like how you empty a pan filled with water above a sink). Let me know if the description makes sense. If you own Titanfall 2 I would recommend copying the settings that I show at the end of the video. you should be able to find my Steam Input profile in the list of community profiles. Make sure you set the mouse sense in the game to 2 and the ADS sense to 1. Hope this helps.

The video was captured at a 4K upscale to retain as much quality and detail a possible. The reason you don’t see 4K as an option is probably because you don’t have RU-vid Premium. (They put 4K behind their paywall recently)
