I had to remove comments from this video all together because people would not stop posting long paragraphs with explicit details about abuse and neglect. Please stop doing that on RU-vid.
When you go to therapy, that therapist gets a lot of training on working with difficult emotions, and they get therapy them self to explore how they might affect them and supervision to break down anything you said that affects them. That’s why it’s okay for you to say Scary/upsetting things in that space. Because that person is being supported to deal with those things. I am not willing or able to be a therapist to strangers online about their abandonment issues, especially in response to something I’ve made to express my own life. That’s unfair on me.
You need to make your own channel, your own space to express these things or seek help in a different way. It’s unfair to put it all on a stranger and expose them to your worst anxiety’s and leave them with it and it’s dangerous frankly because it’s not a safe space, I can’t stop other people responding here, mocking or unpicking what you say to make you feel bad.
I am trained as a councillor, not in this subject and not to work in this space but I know enough to see that this isn’t manageable so I’ve disabled comments on this video.
