My brownie life is changed forever! The melted chocolate looked so silky - a definite must! Never thought about using apples and pumpkin seeds but that's going to happen now. Such a delight and not at all over the top - I'm about to WOW some people - thanks Gaz!

Oh my god I just tried that recipe at home and I am honestly so suprised by myself I was never a really good cook and this is hands down the best thing I have ever made in my kitchen!! I used some dark orange chocolate instead of a regular dark one and some more nuts such as almonds and hazelnuts that I've sprinkled over the top. The brownies smell so incredible, I made them because I will be having a lot of friends coming over and I can't wait to shock them when I tell them that the brownies are vegan! :)

Thank you so much for a REAL vegan caramel recipe! Since I’ve been vegan I’ve only seen caramel made with dates. But this is legit!

I went vegan for a year and got fat and sick and my blood iron went down to anaemic levels , started eating meat eggs and cheese again and I've lost weight , feel healthier and my blood count is back to normal.

Thomas Alexander that just means you were not eating properly as a vegan, just as omnivores can get fat and sick if they’re not eating balanced meals.

min yeah I like dates as a snack but they’re also expensive and if I’m going to make caramel why not use sugar? It’s cheaper

the caramel sauce was a little bit difficult because I did it for the first time: at my first try went totally wrong and the caramel burnt :D and at my second try the caramel was very hard and chewy when I put the butter and oat cream in it and it wasn't homogenous. But after letting it cook for a while it went super yummy and I have a perfect caramel sauce!! Thanks. Greets from Germany!
