Tofu fuzhuk stew | Chinese cooking | How to cook dried beancurd 

Ah pa, this nutritious soup or stew is a wonderful family dish in the cold winter. My children and the elder parents want to have this twice per week. Minced chicken dark or thigh meat is preferred. Sometimes, I use chunks of cod or catfish, if available. Cilantro is always to top it off. Your explanation is clear, and I enjoy it when you say, "no rules" in Ah Pa's kitchen. But, you have good ideas.

Ah pa...can replace with sang fa tofu and the fried type fu chok?

Hi Ah pa, the dried fu zhou its those long deep fried type right ? There's some dried version like knotted or small squarish dried bean skin also same thing can use ?😊

Is there any differences between fuchok and fuzhuk? Aren't they the same thing?
