Ah pa, this nutritious soup or stew is a wonderful family dish in the cold winter. My children and the elder parents want to have this twice per week. Minced chicken dark or thigh meat is preferred. Actually any types of can be used, only thing is u need to understand their cooking time, best is to buy from herbal shops or wet markets, so that u can ask the seller
