Tom is very stiff. He will loosen up with experience. Both Brady and Belichick have these intense type A personalities that we have seen in the media for decades. In general people don’t find these driven kind of personalities likable.

This was painful. If Tom and Michael weren't such professionals, it would of been an unmitigated disaster. It reminds me of some of the cringe moments we've seen on stage at E3 when the suits are trying too hard to appeal to their consumer base and have no idea how.
