6 T on the side line will not come into the market. The intrest is good enough to keep it this way. Only if rate will be cut substentially they may put 10 to 20 percent in.

same old tricks of sale side. Nothing has changed after 30 years. Who is gonna sale you a golden goose that gives golden eggs? Unless it’s not a real one. I rather keep cash and 10 year bonds margin I bought last week. That’s almost 40% profit in just one week for bonds margin. Bonds are much better investment option than S&P500 now.

As demand has increased over the last two year prices aren't coming down when they cut in the housing market...If more houses come on the market it will be met with more buyers as rates come down...Prices might not go up but they are not coming down...

Tommy is right ….markets will run until Fed cuts …looks like markets are on left side of the head in head and shoulder pattern which clearly Shows more room to move higher this month and next…unless Fed cuts …then Tommy is wrong and markets will collapse 50%++ and the end of the 10++ year bull run that saw the Dow increase 23k points will reverse trend …lean back ..enjoy the ride up and if your so inclined enjoy the other side of the head and shoulders pattern and ride it down
