Get toned arms with some of my favorite bicep, tricep and shoulder exercises. We are doing a tabata style workout with weights today. Try to keep your reps high during the work period and get through 3 rounds total!

Thank you Heather. I appreciate that you are here to get down to the business of working out only. I've watched many of your workouts and you come prepared to workout...hair pulled back. I dont see your hair down, being flirtatious, showing off your body like many other women trainers on youtube. Thank you Heather from all of us. Keep those workouts coming. Love them all.

Love your minimal talking and getting to the workout. Helps save a lot of time and allows the mind to focus on exercise and methodology. Love your workouts. My new favorite. I wish others would learn from you to not talk so much.

Heather, your workouts are the best. Especially in this time of staying at home....these workouts help keep us healthy and lift our spirits. Making them a daily routine before I have my kids up and working on their Distanced Learning. Love the ab and arms sections...I have a bad hip so just need to modify to low impact for your daily routines.

Im absolutely loving your RU-vid workouts you are so inspiring;-) im 57 years old and have a chronic bone disease in my shoulders it's called avn but i will not let this stop me. This is by far my favourite arm toning video on YT and I have tried lots!! I have been doing the 12 week program and I LOVE it, I am on day 2 week 7! I have dropped 6 kilos since January (along with healthy eating) and at the moment as we are in total lockdown in Spain (not allowed out even for a walk or a bike ride) you are my saviour and I have managed to keep the weight off (fingers crossed!!) I also LOVE your Low impact No Jumping videos and as I have a sore right knee I sometimes alternate the 12-week plan with those workouts and I think theyre brilliant! As you said you take requests, could you please do a special Tabata Triceps only video (had no idea what Tabata was before but I LOVE IT! Thank you so much Heather! xxxx from Valencia, Spain! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I just finished my first full workout at home in years and all thanks to you! It aint about newyears resulution, this journey started last year, an urge to move. I hardly couldnt make the last reps but you motivated me and *puf* and I was all done feeling amazing with achy arms. LOVE IT! You 've changed my life. I love all of your workout, some I'm not yet fit enough to do, or the exercise affect my old judo injury in my lower back of my old knee injury from college track. I know you have a lot of requests, Heather, but if you can find the time to create a lower body standing abs and butt workout, I will love you forever. Hell, I already love ya', there's that. Thank Heather for the killer arm workout, I upped my weights 10lbs the arms are feeling it ...burnnnnnnn on fire. See you tomorrow for recovery workout, Sleeping in as it's the weekend..... Snooze until I wake up.....late morning.

Yes, it was a great warm up. Using 3 sets of weights here, 15 , 25 , 35 was easy with the CBD boost, helps immune system, better gains, no pains, watch my video. Sub for sub and share the LOVE.

First time doing one of your workouts and love this! My arms were hurting by the end of the third round! And I'm a huge fan of micro workouts so this duration is perfect for moms who only have a short window for working out. Ps. You have gorgeous eyes!
