I am one year in to my committment to cellercise 6 days a week. How did I do? Well, besides having been off for about 12 weeks in the Spring / summer due to an unrelated fall, and skipping some time in the Autumn while we painted our house exterior, I am very pleased. I am down 20-25 lbs ( a shocker since I have always struggled to lose just 5lbs.) And what amazes me is my stamina! I can do modified jumping jacks for several minutes compared to not even wanting to jump ONCE! Walking is a breeze now, whereas I used to dread going for walks. As long as I am rebounding, I am staying toned and defined. So judging by these 'early' results, I have decided the Cellerciser is a fantastic match for my situation. Definitely Cellercising through 2020 and will share this year's progress as I go. I need to lose 80 more pounds to be in my healthy weight zone. Looking forward to such a fun way to get fit!
