Cool I absolutely loved how you did the “ distraction” stretch - checking the phone and so and therefore not stretching properly. You have great sense of humor🤗

is it just me or is stretching way too painfull!, i sued to lift weights, and i now i train in mixed martial arts, so i'm used to pain, but when i stretch it's a constant pain through my whole leg, it's really hard to stay in the stretch! and i don't feel anymore flexible it's like my legs were not meant to be flexible!

I have a question for you. I was pretty flexible (I train Taekwondo), but I did get injured while doing some stretches without warming up properly. It took about half a year of rest to get healed. Thing is: I didnt stretch the whole time I was resting, and now my flexibility is nowhere to be found. I started recently though. My question is: how long does it take to regain my lost flexibility? Do I have to start from the beggining (it took some years to get that far), or will it come more quickly? Thank you

That is a nearly impossible question for me to answer, or at least to give a good guideline for. It can take a few months up to years maybe. But usually once you've gotten further before, you'll more easily get back to that old level. Just take it easy and don't try to get back too fast!

@@JeromeFitness Thank you for your answer. I will try to go easy, Im too scared to go hard anyway. Yesterday I was trying to do pancake stretch (hurts the injured muscle most) with resistance band, and it went pretty well actually. Other than feeling strange, and little bit painful pull on that muscle. But when I relaxed and the band was doing the work for me, it was pretty fine considering. So I feel optimistic right now :)
