Some great products in there. The King C Gillette is indeed a great razor and in terms of bang for buck there aren’t many better. I definitely want to check out that Eucris cream. Trumper’s are one of the brands I have yet to try, but really want to. Great video as always Ash.

Beware with the Eucris - it harbours a dark secret and has a malevolent presence - one of the few shave creams with a true personality!

A nice whimsical yet practical video! Is the TOBS hand soap drying? I need a moisturizing product for hand hygiene.

Its a pure vegetable based soap, so I think its less drying than some chemical based products, but if you seek something more moisturising in nature, this may not hold the key. I like Dove original soap for moisturising purposes - it may not be classy, but it works and is ferociously inexpensive!

Since I was a little child I have always had to moisturise my skin due to having really bad ezma, now as a man in my 30s I always get complements on how young I even still getting ID to buy alcohol and its because of my issues with my skin it had taught me that moisturising your skin helps really well now I have manage to control my skin I am moving away from mecial creams and moving on to store bought ones due to then smelling nicer and making my face look less greasy I now use nivia for men as well as the same loreal you have here my girl friend got me one in s gift set for Christmas and I love it really good product

That is a great demonstration of the benefits of moisturising one's face as early as possible. I certainly wish I had started before age 45, but sadly I was too macho in mindset and thought it was the preserve of ladies and sissies. Now I'm the fool with lines and wrinkles that could have been avoided - thank you for your input.

I too like your hut. Thanks for reminding me of getting a better razor for trips and travels: the Gillette. Will replace a Merkur that I find to unforgiving.

I will give Witch Hazel a try, good tip as I sometimes get blood speckles under my chin when shaving, thanks. Also I picked up some Quorum Silver EDT today for a tenner (can't go wrong); wearing some now - I find it to be a light clean smell, not as "heavy" as I'd thought it might be. I definitely like it though, it smells like it cost a lot more tbh, I'll have to see whether my wife notices it :)

The witch hazel will be a gamechanger if you suffer with irritation after shaving. The Quoram Silver is a fantastic EDT - in fact, my video for next Wednesday is a full review of the fragrance.

My dad always splashed on witch hazel after he shaved. I do the same, then moisturize. We lived in Connecticut where the witch hazel shrub was grown and the astringent produced.

Just letting you know in case you were not aware the Gillette shaver is good because the head - the most important part - is made by Merkur.

I had heard that also, but could not confirm it so decided not to mention it in the video. Fo the money, the Gillette is remarkable value I think, despite the shaving snobs who will decry my views
