I make sugar free Jell-O and add one scoop of fiber to the mix, then top it off with Oikos Pro Vanilla yogurt which has 20 grams of protein! It is amazing!
Hi Myra, I love your channel. I learned a lot and love your recipes. I have a question about probiotics. My daughter suffers with terrible constipation. She also has hypothyroidism but her numbers are good. What brand of probiotics would you recommend? I know you take supplements and I’m sure have researched many.
As a former grocery clerk, I hope you put those items back where they belonged that you set down in the wrong displays. Such an annoying thing that shoppers do. Adds extra work to our day.
You can see her put most of the items back where she got them. It makes me mad when I see someone has put milk or meat just anywhere in the store. Put it back at least on the refrigerated sections.
A lot of these are far from healthy snacks… that jerky has 10 grams of added table sugar per SINGLE serving… I’m not even a low carb person but that’s just standard American diet trash.. and those pizzas also are trash with a bunch of added sugars and 31 grams of carbs PER serving, its literally just a normal frozen pizza, the wheat flour was just subbed for potato starch and rice flour..
I can’t eat any of that junk food or I gain weight. Most of the fake fiber gives me a tummy ache too. I’m really trying not to eat anything out of a package.
Glu "Ten"... Half the stuff plugged on this channel isn't at every Costco. On top of that, the chain admittedly switches items around and doesn't label their aisles. So, the consumer has to walk thru every single one, hunting for the one promo item they'd like to buy. It's a pity, bc none of the other bulk buy chains (BJs or Sam's) resorts to such scummy business practices. It's cringy and makes me wanna get my membership money back. U enjoy tho!
In my Costco, most of the promo items are on end caps and easy to find. I don't always like that they move items around, but it has helped me discover new items that I normally wouldn't have found before--not a scummy business practice--just smart marketing!😉
