Maam i have question boil rice are healthy or veg paulo is healthy… bocz in boiled rice we boil rice in water and discard water so starch in rice is also discard… whereas in paulo we let rice to absorb all water so statch is retain in it…sou need to ask which rice is more healthy boiled or paulo. I am asking about white rice… thank u
