After watching this video, it got me thinking of some winter-like levels that I loved growing up, and the first that comes to mind is the snowboarding section in Sonic Adventure for the SEGA Dreamcast. Damn that level kicked ass as a kid!

Gex 3 had a good winter level. It didn't just have snow either. It was a holiday level/channel. You could whip your tail at evil elves, scattering penguins, and presents. There was an evil Santa that would throw presents at you, and you would deflect that attack by whipping your tail. There was also a snowboarding section of the level which had more evil elves. You get to ice skate with the evil elves. Yeah. Also the music in the level was very Christmas-y, which I always end up singing along to just cause.
