I try to include fresh parsley and coriander/cilantro into my green salad and smoothies about 5 times per week. This combination has reduced my osteoarthritis pains, bp and a1c. I was also having pains in my right side and this pains has disappeared. I was eating garlic, tumeric, ginger and cayenne pepper before but was still having problems and pains but all of these conditions improve once I added the parsley and coriander to my diet

Oh my goodness, phenomenal information and I’ve heard about Hawthorne and it’s a great herb to use. I know people that use it and have made very good progress. All of the herbs that you have mentioned are very beneficial. Even the cilantro is absolutely a great health benefits. Keep up the good work from Hawaii.

Many of the images shown during the hawthorn section are not hawthorn at all. Do make sure you know what hawthorn is before you try and eat too much holly! Classic hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna, aka "may") is endemic to Europe.
