Excellent choices for sure…I would also choose to make room for the Federal Hydra Shok Deep on your list. From all of the videos I've watched featuring this round, it is an outstanding performer through the heavy clothing test into the gelatin. Stay safe, and keep shooting👍👍
Great video! I currently carry the Winchester Silvertips, in 9mm, 40S&W, and 45 Acp. I hadn't seen much on the Punch rounds until your video (thank you), so I'll have to get some. God bless.
There’s also Hornady critical defense for fabric penetration if you live where layers or coats are worn. And Norma MHP I’ve seen videos on and they have great performance. But if you wanna spend get the G9 defense external hp 80 grain
What do you think of g9 defense monolithic rounds? Their gel tests had 2-3” wide cuts as the round passes. Which appeared to be result in greater sized wounds due to the tissue being cut or impacted farther out from the direct path of travel of the bullet, compared to a regular hollow point which would mainly just have a wound in the path of travel of the bullet-2x the size of an unfired round. Not sure what would be better, or if it even matters, since HP’s are certainly proven to be highly effective man-stoppers.
My state sucks for ammo i can only ever find 115GR 9mm all over my state last month i was able to find federal syntech 138Gr but hear it's bad ammo for a 3.2" barrel
Bra, in a short barrel the better round to go with is the 124, you can use the 147 but it might not expand as well as the 124. This is according to an old timer at the gun shop.
@@mostlyanchors168 It can shoot it but the expansion is better from a short barrel using the 124, the 146 will not expand as good but will still expand but it will expand better with a longer barrel.
This video is difficult to watch, your camera is all over the place, the description of the products are misleading and garbled, you must be new to this, as an ex-LEO with 58 years of experience with these tools, I believe what I'm saying to be correct. 🇺🇸
