Tip from me is always make sure you are comfortable with who you're having sex with because consent isn't just about the other person. Make sure you check in with yourself too and don't end up in a situation you didn't want that much. From my experience comphet can make this one more difficult 😅
Hi! Gaybie here. I found out I’m gay around 4 years ago when i was 14. I was raised Mormon with a LOT of sexual shame (it’s taught that masturbation is only second to MURDER in the ranking of worst sins). I started masturbating at 7 without knowing what I was doing so when I found out I was sobbing to my mom about how horrible I was. All this to say I don’t know anything about sex. I just found your content and pushed through that religious trauma to watch some. I’ve had a panic attack but I’ve also gained a lot of knowledge of things I was too scared to ask about. Thank you for giving some sex ed to those of us that don’t have anyone to teach us. ❤
5:06 I usually get intrusive thoughts the week before my period, and it’s almost always in my English class. It’s my favorite class of the day, I seriously see my teacher as a father figure, he’s so so awesome. I’ve talked about this in therapy, but I finally understand why it always happens in English. Bc I’m being vulnerable and I don’t want anything bad to happen with me and this teacher. This train of thought comes from my home life where I was betrayed by my dad when I was *being* vulnerable with him. I just don’t want it to happen with this teacher, and I think like this bc my dad is the only other prominent male presence I’ve had in my life thus far.
That's so valid! We can only ever really be betrayed by the ones that we trust, so it's very much understandable to not want anything bad to happen between you and someone you care about. I hope your teacher continues to be someone good in your life and a role model. :)

you mentioned at the beginning of the video that the receiver is further out of your comfort zone because you have to be vulnerable. for me it's the opposite - i'm scared of being bad at things and not being able to completely fulfill my partner's wants and needs so i tend to be the receiver instead of the giver so there's less pressure to fulfill the needs. however, i want balance and don't want to only receive and not give or vice versa. i also have a hard time asking for things I want if i'm unable to give my partner everything that they want (due to chronic pain, past issues, mental stuff, inexperience, etc.) because i feel like i'm being selfish if I ask for too much without giving the same amount or more in return. I try and more than make up for that stuff in other aspects of relationships but I was wondering if you or anyone else has advice on how to overcome my fears of being the giver and also asking for things that i want as the receiver?
I was on the receiving end with this short term fling guy and he kept telling me to come, which really ruined the moment - I generally relax the most when I lose myself in the moment and focus on how my body feels (not always the easiest thing) and he kept me focused on his voice instead. It really got stressful and I wish I’d said something.

as regards religious motivations, I have been studying the bible and the apocryphal writings for 30 years; 1) nowhere in the bible does it say that two people of the same sex cannot be a family. 2) surely it says to unite in love but also to procreate when possible, I add 3) "not to commit impure acts" according to the apocryphal writings referred to pedophiles which was a widespread practice in those times Having said that, I totally agree with what you say, I would add that being a recipient or a giver should be an interchangeable role, I prefer to keep my mind empty of any thoughts except for the sexual moment, if my partner is doing something I don't like, which can being annoying, I won't stop him because he will surely like it and I will accept it as a "Kynki" moment, what I consider important and fundamental is body cleanliness, hygiene first of all, never being ashamed of your body; due to diabetes I gained a lot of weight and I think it's an advantage for my partner because he can spend much more time always touching me in different areas ....😁😜😂😂
Advice from a non expert, just your buddy :> : Make sure you and your partner communicate. If you don't want to be touched that way or anything is bothering you, an idea for you is have a safe word. Um I’ve never really slept with or had sex to another person. But I’m jus waiting for the right one , to give me all of that stuff and to give a whole lot more to me. Question: Nobody has ever answered this for me. I myself am a lesbian, and dress more masculine than most girls I've seen. I just really liked the style and felt comfortable, and I liked the style way before I found out my sexuality. I feel like the lesbian couples having one feminine and one masculine is just a stereotype though.
