Total Failure! Extreme Hazard! Could Be Deadly! 

This motorhome is only a few months old and this LP regulator has a catastrophic failure. This could have been REALLY bad. There could have been fire and explosions and people could have died. It is really good that this customer caught this before their was an accident.
