Thanks for the guide. I was convinced I needed to take the front bumper off. Ive got an identical car but 02 plate, currently undergoing a few upgrades!
Good luck, hopefully you do Better than me. Main thing if your car has been outside like mine, is lots of WD40 on all bolts. I snap about 1/3 of mine clean off
@@andrewsparey697 Yeah, there was WD40 and there was fire... Got it all apart. My Malian doesn't fit anything close to what yours does though. Gotta replace the cat first, then going to try again. Radiator fit was a peace of piss though!
@@jakeyorath2325 so i heard a little mouse like squeak and a burning smell for weeks after the muffler fit. Bumper rubs on the exhaust tips - i chopped it back with a jigsaw
@@andrewsparey697 Yeah. Likelihood is I'm going to do exactly the same. Actually we found it didn't fit even close to how yours did! I think 20 year old cars + aftermarket cars... It's not a surprise, basically.
I bought the aluminum radiator off Amazon. Much thicker and works great. I hate to see plastic end caps on these. It was fairly simple to replace and bleed.
