Trailblazer brake light/ tail light circuit board - basic testing 

Here I show how to test the inputs for the tail light circuit board, as well as the outputs to the bulbs. If you have one of these lights out, and replacing the bulbs and checking fuses doesn't fix it, this is what I would do.
