tons of lean protein, veggies, lots of water, whole grains, smoothies but I am pretty sure it differs from model to model but generally just a balanced diet for healthy luminous hair, glowing face, and strength to exercise as much as they do every day. I for one knows I wont mess with Adriana coz she looks super strong..
Just eat what makes you joy, and you really need to enjoy it in little peaces. Eyes closed while you do it to feel when you have enough. Only drink water or tea if you really need it. Listen to your body. :)
i just love Adriana, her eyes, personality, she is really fit and seems sweet. She is beautiful but seems hardworking as well. she is beautiful and badass, rare combination plus a Goddess in fact she is everything. plus I love Candice too and Miranda
She lost so much weight, and I didnt like it. but now She took a little weight again, and It is so suit her and her face. Her face is most Beautiful woman face in the world. and Her legs are straight and beautiful.
CaptainMary thank you. For the first time it's confirmed I'm an apple. I always thought I was an hourglass. But any fat I gain tends to go straight to my belly. Thank you so much.
For someone to be at her age, and still have a body like that is extremely rare, especially considering that she gave birth to 2 children. When she was younger, she didn't have an "apple body" as some of you have mentioned. Her body was pretty much what Candice has now. Her face though, is and always was remarkable.
+DeathSpellXVI You don't _have_ to work out to be muscular. Some people just generally want to keep their heart rate up, which is great for the overall health of the body! It's not all about being skinny :)
Not really, you do need to work out to be muscular, muscle mass doesn't just magically appear and body fat doesn't just magically disappear but it all depends on the intensity of the workout and what the goals are. Strength training, endurance and a diet rich in protein are necessary to be in top shape. For overall heart health and to just be in average shape, cardio is a good friend.
So true. This kind of models have minimun body fat, so that way this training works; however I think this works only halfway. In my experience, the only way you can tone up is doing some weight lifting.
Doesn't the eye-patch effect depth perception? If your trainer looks like a joke, its hard to take what he says seriously. Ladies, if you want to get in shape, start with someone who understands the mechanics of the body and how sports science actually works, not some joker with an eye patch.
+Deedee Guzman Oh my gosh I had no idea! It seems to have effected his knowledge of exercise science because there is no such thing as "upper body cardio!" I guarantee no one gets the results they want doing this programming.
He was a boxing champion, and is an owner of one of the best gyms in NYC you dumb nimrod. He wears an eye patch for a reason, and as a dancer of 10 years, let me tell you, there is such thing as "upper body cardio"
