My name is Taro Iwamoto. I'm a movement coach. I help people go from feeling overwhelmed, confused, and frustrated about not knowing their own body, what their body needs and how they should be moving, to feeling connected with their body, understanding their body and needs, and how to move in the best way possible for their own body from the inside out so that they can move with a sense of ease, comfort, and confidence! How do you access prior program? I just did your neck one and unfortunately I need to take it slower with my days, instead of doing one exercise each day and want to get back to it again.

@@TaroIwamoto Thank you! I will def reach out to you for your guidance. I have really learned that have a very sensitive and over active nervous system and I need to learn to take my time and move slowly. I highly recommend these challenges your exercises to anyone. Honestly I felt a difference with the movements but again just need to take it slowly. How many days would you say I should focus on one exercise? I plan on re starting from day one. Oh, what email address do I use or should I reach out via here?

@@Arojas103 Thank you! It's not necessary to repeat many reps, but more important to feel and sense your body and how you are moving and refine the quality of how you're moving, breathing. And, you can move onto the next lesson whenever you want to. It'd be best for you to contact me from my website (taroiwamoto.com).
