These men give me so much joy. So glad the RU-vid dispute was settled so we can enjoy them. I knew Chaudhary would love this combo… the sheer delight on his face after the first bite told it all.
@@D.FrasureI think RU-vid was going to de-monetize their channel for some reason. I believe you can check back through the videos to find it (for the ones asking).
I love that Tahir Sahib watched the show Luther! He's so cool. And amazing use of the English language by Rana Sahib. I wasn't sure about this donut burger, but seeing these gentlemen enjoy it, I definitely need to try it now!
I just love watching these folks! They make me realize how amazing everything is. The commonplace foods we take for granted are enjoyed with new minds and a fresh perspective on life!
I want to hear how the one who talks about health benefits spins this one. He cracks me up! He will say “one bite and you feel joy, and the joy goes into your vessels and makes you grow 1/4 of an inch” lol
I just love their humor and commentary. They are ALWAYS so grateful and happy. I enjoy watching your videos so much. Please keep up the great work and let each and everyone know how much they are admired. May God continue to bless everyone and their families in body, mind and spirit. From Western New York, USA.
I heard the word "caramel" used to refer to the syrup for the donuts. Actually this is a glazed sugar syrup made of powdered sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla, as opposed to caramel where which is cooked/heated milk sugar. Very different taste. Glaze is more of a sugar paste, and it's similar to weak glue or plaster in consistency when it dries.
They should try a fried Mars bar. Dip a frozen Mars bar in the same batter that you would use to make fried fish and then drop it into hot oil and fry until golden. This dessert was originally created in Scotland.
I’m a southerner and we fry our fish in cornmeal. I had to think for a moment and remember the other types of fried fish, because this sounded really bad at first😂
Hahahahaha... I just love Dr. Tahir! He makes my day! I can't believe an intelligent beautiful woman has not caught his attention, he would be a great catch!
I'm honestly surprised how much they loved this. I knew Chaudhary would probably love it because of his sweet tooth, but for them all to love it so much was a bit of a shock! They should try a nice burger with beef bacon and a fried egg sometime! I think they'd really enjoy it!
I love these guys so much. Been a year now since I was blessed to have one of their videos on my feed. It is therapy for me at this point. Best wishes to everyone.
*Tahir's comment about burger beauty parlor made me laugh...but was actually drinking water at the time. Yeah, I spit it out when I laughed. Thanks, Tahir! 😂 I've never actually eaten one! I can imagine it, and see the appeal on occasion. I couldn't imagine Chaudhary NOT like this.*
I cannot stop laughing because the Luther Burger is straight out of an adult cartoon series called The Boondocks. It's one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. I'm glad TPT has such a good sense of humor.
if the TPT team is ever in the USA, they need to find a Fuddruckers. They have a toppings bar, you make your own burger. You pick which toppings and condiments/sauces to put on it. They'd love it.
Wow, Dr. Tahir must love this burger. Normally he will eat one or maybe two bites of a dish on camera. He has eaten several bites of this burger and is still eating more.
I, too, was very impressed about that. All of them are getting good with remembering English words, but Rana will be teaching a class on it in no time! ❤
When you hear them say " Kiya Baat Hai!" It translate in Punjabi as "What words hey", or even "no words to comprehend". However the translators have interpreted it as Praise be to God which in other videos. When they say " Kamal hai!" means Amazing.
Awesome senses of humor and taste 👅! I have never had this type of a donut/hamburger, I love the comment, “two journeys!” Perfectly delicious and stated! 😊
Lately when I'm down I come watch these men..they are so funny but just kind all in one ❤ blessings to these men. Yhey lift your spirits being happy all the time.
Masha'Allah! You're all back! Yaaaaay!!!! My daughter and I laughed with delight watching Mr. Chaudhry's expression after taking a bite into the donut burger knowing how much he enjoys sweet foods.
Thanks! I really appreciate it when you show an inset photo of the dish that they are trying to describe to us when reminded of it by what they are tasting. It helps me relate to why they might have similar attributes.
I wish I could have tried that once before I got diabetes 😫😮💨 The one thing I love about these videos besides there appreciation for such food is there expression when they eat the food like little kids taking the biggest bite they can at once. I know the feeling as I used to do the same thing 😁👍
Words cannot describe how much I love these guys. I wish I could sit down and eat a meal with all of them after watching this channel for so long they feel like family members to me which I have never got to meet in person.
I love and have learned so much from these men. They are a valuable resource in this day and age. With that being said- please don't make sick/kill these men with foods that ad a westerner have been warned against.
Every evening after returning from work, I prepare dinner and sit down with my meal and an episode of TPT. it really is a moment of relaxation for me. Thank you. 🙏
I tried a Donut Burger with bacon and peanut butter on it 30 years ago at the State Fair. I have NEVER forgotten the amazing deliciousness of the strange flavor combination. None of my other American friends or family have tried this.
Given that the rich fattiness of the bacon it what pairs so well with the sweet donut, I wonder if there isn’t some halal bacon substitute that could've been used, or do something like make the burgers 70/30 instead of 80/20 so you have something akin to a sausage burger. Everyone seems to have enjoyed it well enough, which is what matters, but I can't help but feel they didn't get the full experience.
There's actually a beef bacon that could have been substituted, but I'm thinking that it's probably very expensive in their area. Turkey bacon is also an option, but I'm not sure they even have it available. I've only seen beef bacon served here on the channel before. 😊
@bobbiejojackson9448 this is true, and I've seen it as a fairly reasonable substitute for many things, but neither beef bacon nor turkey bacon have that kind of fat that I'm talking about.
We have an option like this at our local baseball team field. I haven’t been brave enough to try it yet. Two Bearcalw donuts that sandwich a burger, pulled pork and Mac and cheese in between.
Here in New Orleans, during Mardi Gras season there are vendors that sell this throughout the city. Although they use 2 donuts not 1 cut in half like these guys are experiencing.
I am sure you can take Tahir at his word - make a burger with cough syrup! (or something that closely approximates a cough syrup). there are some fabulous herbal cough remedies out there that are worth a shot? given that he knows what foods can 'cure a cough', that's a fairly wide field to choose from! 🤣
These folks have evolved from skeptical and tentative to all in on their non-traditional trials in two years. Impressive. Time for roast beef and Swiss on Pop Tarts bread.
In my small area in America, that is not a commonly eaten food, maybe eaten once on a dare. We love our burgers and our donuts. But not usually smashed together! Tell Chaudhary that we do have a dessert pizza in America. There is no meat or tomato pizza sauce on it. The crust is made with cookie dough. The filling (or sauce) is sweetened cream cheese, and the toppings are fruits such as strawberries, kiwi and blueberries. Refrigerate until chilled and slice like a pizza and serve. You can find a recipe if you search for “Easy Fruit Pizza.”
It originated in a sports stadium in the US. Not sure what team, but this is not something Americans eat except maybe once in a lifetime to satisfy curiosity. I don't even know where you'd get one unless you made it at home.
Time to feed them fruit pizza. Pastry crust, sweet cream layered on the crust and then topped with sliced fruit on top. Made round and cut like a pizza.
You ought to see how they like German Frikadellen. They come from Hamburg Germany (Yes, that where the word hamburger comes from). The original recipe calls for half ground beef and half ground pork. You can substitute the pork for ground beef, lamb, or goat meat. All other things I think would be alright as long as no lard is added to cook with. If you need more fat to fry them, you can cook them in beef fat, vegetable oil, or ghee it you like. Serve with green salad, potato salad, or any kind of side dish you like. It's nice because the bread crumbs stretches the meat and feeds more people. My dad (whose grandpa was from Germany) made a simpler form of this called 'meatloaf burgers'. Really good though.
They need to try a burger I used to love when I lived in Portland, OR. It was a peanut butter, pickle and bacon burger (turkey bacon would do just as good) The sweet and salty went well together. Fresh peanut butter but Jiffy works well as long as it's heated up and is soft. Don't use chunky peanut butter.
What fun to watch our friends enjoying this unique dish! Someday, it would be great fun to see the 'behind the scenes' activity that leads up the sampling of these new dishes: can we watch the Chef do the preparation one of these days?? Thank You for continuing to provide such interesting content. As for a Dr. Tahir burger---the jury is still out on that special creation!!!
