These gentleman always make me realise I take way too many things in my life for granted. I love how they even compliment the words on the to-go box and the size of the sandwiches, "The burger is as big as its name." Absolutely perfect way to describe it lol

Actually I think it is short for International House of Pancakes. And it is in in MANY WAYS very different than McD or BK. It's more of a 2AM breakfast place. Often full of college students, drunks, and street people at 2AM.

If you look on the IHOP menu of Pakistan, you will see that it is listed as a chicken ham.

The restaurant started out famous for fancy pancakes and omelettes,but they branched out to very good sandwiches,too.I believe that bread is Texas Toast,a thick cut bread that can easily be grilled.

Watching these gentlemen everyday (+Rahim Pardesi) really helps me to improve my Punjabi skills. Lots of love from Thailand 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾

Every time Mr. Tahir Nawab starts giving medical/health advice, it cracks me up. I have no idea if he knows what he's talking about, but I trust him. I now know that you if you separate egg whites from egg yoks, there is no flavor. I didn't know that before, but he teaches me something every episode.

Anyone ever notice how Happy these guys are when they learn a new American word, I think they should give them all a alphabet scale and teach them one new English word a day. I will love these guys whether they know English or not but I think they would be thrilled to do this.

Any which way You look at it, these villagers DIDN'T have a ham and egg sandwich. Ham is pork, and is not halal. What they're having is a chicken and egg sandwich. NO it's not the same, but it's still delicious. - And yes, we should always respect other peoples choices of what they eat. I don't care if some people won't eat pork ( or meat at all ) out of personal choice, or out of religious dogma, but nobody has the right to force it on them. If You can't eat what You prefer, You're not really free

I created this sandwich and used to sell it in my restaurant. It would be neat if you made it for the boys. It's called a 'Honey Toasted Panini '. You take a loaf of Italian bread and slice it diagonally to about and inch thick so that you have longer, thick slices. Apply mayonnaise and add deli turkey or 'ham' and cheese. I prefer to use provolone or swiss because of contrast. Once the sandwich is created apply soft butter to the outside followed by a drizzle of honey and then use the butter knife to spread the honey a bit. Toast on a panini grill until golden brown. The sandwich has a salty sweet buttery flavor and the honey caramelizes a bit giving it a somewhat candied effect. (you can substitute with a george foreman grill or by browning both sides in a non stick frying pan.) Pure food orgasm!

Bread cut into such thick slices, used to be called "door step,"toast. A thickness very popular with perpetually starving teenage boys. A family would need to slice the bread for themselves, to manage these thick slices, most bread in the USA is cut in a multi-bladed slicing machine, to a set thickness.

Probably Turkey 'ham' or something.

Thank you for the video. I am happy they like the sandwich. It is usually what we in America would eat for breakfast, because of the egg. IHOP is the name for International House of Pancakes, and there are a lot of those restaurants here. It has a lot of different types of foods, not just pancakes. A lot of people like to eat breakfast there. But you can also go in at lunch time or dinner time and have hamburgers and other sandwiches. You are supposed to go inside and sit down at a table to eat, but you can buy and pick up the food and take it back to your house or car to eat.

FYI...ham can be made with chicken. The process of curing, brining and smoking is what makes ham, ham. I have been making my own deli meats for decades and have made it. It looks and tastes pretty much exactly the same as pork ham. Just made some about two weeks ago. Wish I could share photos here✌

My father’s favorite place to eat. He always went for the pancakes and since he was almost 90 we went where he wanted. The last time we went he fell and could not make it in into the restaurant. He passed away 3 months after his 90th birthday. I have never entered IHOP again and don’t think I ever will. I am glad these men are enjoying it though.

Although it's an American company, it's more of a sit-down restaurant than a fast-food chain like McDonalds, Burger King, KFC. It's more like other "diners" / "restaurants" like Denney's, Shari's, Black Bear Diner, etc. More of a place to go sit down, wait for food, and eat, as opposed to a place to go to get "fast food" from a counter / drive-through. Just for reference. They typically serve different foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So, for breakfast they'll have things like french toast, pancakes, waffles, omelettes, etc. For lunch they'll tend to have like sandwiches, and burgers, and soups, and for dinner they'll have things like chicken-fried steak, chicken and vegetables, pasta, and some other bigger dinner meals. Similar with other diners. Though, any more, you can order off the breakfast / lunch / dinner menus any time, and they'll make whatever you order. "IHOP" [acronym] itself actually stands for "International House of Pancakes." So, they pride(d) themselves on serving a variety of breakfast pancake varieties. But they also serve other diner meals for lunch and dinner too...

My wife's favorite restaurant is IHOP, so watching TBT sample one of their offerings is a hoot! 😄😊

That hugely thick toasted bread is probably what is known as "Texas toast". The saying goes that they do everything big down there in Texas (it's the largest state in the "lower 48", the contiguous part of the US). I believe that is how the overly thick toast got it's name.

I love how they always say praises be to God, no matter how large or insignificant the meal, they are very thankful as I would be.

Those were some big sandwiches! There is an IHOP a couple miles from me but it's been years since I've been there. This has me thinking of grabbing some of their pancakes later. They have all kinds of "specialty" pancakes. Probably something for the holidays right now. Watching these videos does 2 things. Makes me hungry and makes my cheeks hurt from laughing so much.
