@@user-kx6rj5zc2d Most if not all metalcore has cringe lyrics, but as a 12 year old you only pay attention to the "really fast rifts" and it's "really badass" because of it
@@sebastiankock2405 My ears keep waiting for a proper snare hit lol, definitely think he's playing to the limitations of the room as you mentioned. Ain't no way this man hits this soft in a regular live show or on record.
@@JeromeThrumurganWrong. Fucking LoG cancelled their show in Ft Wayne, Indiana in April 2022 on the tour with Trivium, Megadeth and In Flames because of "being sick." We were the only city that they cancelled their show on and they did it last minute! They played their show the night before and the night after my city. I've been a huge fan of LoG for 20 years but that bullshit pissed me off. They won't get another penny from me. Trivium on the other hand respects their fans and our hard earned money too much to pull that bullshit and they've proven it time and time again. Trivium has people fill in, instead of canceling. Paulo just had emergency hernia surgery on this current tour and was still playing.
I absolutely adore that song (one of my Trivium favourites) and was so looking forward to hearing it on this stream, but I have to say the song (IMO) doesn't translate that well to a live setting. It was underwhelming compared to the rest of the set I think.
So much of my childhood is complete seeing these again lol, especially Falling to Grey. And also I was there in Glasgow on The Black Crusade, amazing memories and now I feel old af.
Thanks so much for doing unique live shows like this one, you have no idea how good and uplifting it feels during those hard times where we're under curfew, lockdown, fear about everything ... To disconnect like this here is priceless.
Thanks so much for these. They have been absolute highlights of the past few months! You guys sound so good it's unbelievable. I'll be front row for sure when you can come back to the Netherlands!
The Deepest Cuts truly shows just how many amazing tracks fill the gaps between the singles on every Trivium album. You are all so talented, keep up the fun work and I'm keen for the next record!
This set list was a banger and I'm happy Paolo got to shine with some of the tracks here with Cease all your Fire before the solo with the chunky Bass picks to the Broken One. Excited to see these guys live hopefully next year when Covid is out of our minds
Thank you guys for everything you do for your fans all over the world. If you ever think about the third part of DC, take a look at this setlist: 1) The deceived 2) Chaos reigns 3) No hope for the human race 4) The defiant 5) If I could collapse the masses 6) Endless night 7) The crusade 8) The darkness of my mind 9) To believe 10) Of all these yesterdays 11) Breathe in the flames 12) Through blood and dirt and bone These two DC`s were very special for us and I hope you will decide to give us the third gift :D
@@The_JustJoshing VF is awesome. I remember scratching my head when people gave it shit when it came out. "sounds like disturbed"... not really? Maybe one song a little but that album is a banger for sure
this is such a blessing, I've yet to see you all perform live, thank you so much. I'm stationed in Pensacola, FL, for my MOS school, Aviation Ordnance, for the USMC, and I feel a tiny comfort knowing I'm nearby my all-time favorite band. I love you guys.
Thank you so much for Deepest Cuts I & II. All 4 of you are unbelievably talented, and I really appreciate your musicianship. Ember to Inferno was my absolute favorite Album, and "thank you" for playing some of those song's.
Broken World, The Calamity plus Sadness Will Sear were just awesome to watch. If I had to chose some deep cuts that I'd love to see, they'd be: The Crusade A Grey So Dark Vengeance Falls Beneath the Sun Other Worlds Beauty in the Sorrow
Mega thanks for all you guys do for us man. This made my night go from lame to killer since I missed it last week because I was out when you guys did this. Also production sounds killer on this one. Well fuckin done guys!
I gotta say these guys have come along way...i never want them to quit. They always bring me to life when im feeling down..fucking love trivium one of my favorite bands ever...been a fan since 2004
Been following you guys since Ember to Inferno love to see how humble you've stayed even after blowing up! Keep keeping it real & see you guys in Pittsburgh next July! 🤘🤘🤘
So much pleasure to be a Trivium fan for the 11th year. Incredible song list, good to see you together. My MKH 7 string is unfortunately at guitar tech (refrettting) but I cant wait to play some of these songs again. Hope you doing well. Greetings from Hungary. Thank you guys!
Drowning in Slow Motion (along with Kirisute Gomen) is my favourite Trivium song, so really happy to see you did a performance. Just saw this band at London and they were incredible, Shogun was a brilliant surprise in the set and the guest feature on the tour was killer! \m/
3/4 of the time he's not playing his own drum parts. Trivium got so much better when he joined and he probably finds his predecessors parts boring. (BTW I've loved trivium for most of my life and I think all the drummers were good in their own way) Alex is on another level though!
First time I've heard the Broken One, loved it. Love from UK (seen you guys about 4/5 times since 2007, First gig was at Newcastle City Hall, which was weird as it's a theatre so was all seated, just stood in the rows of seats etc, was awkward but you guys smashed it).
I’ve known about Trivium for YEARS and I’m just now getting on board... I don’t know what took me so long. I’ve been listening to them like there’s no tomorrow trying to make up for lost time. 😂
34:17 my favorite song. Thank you all for playing it. Seen you guys a couple times, doesn’t seem like this gets played much. Totally should tho. Great song!
OMG! Such an amazing setlist! I know I'm almost a month late to the party LOL, but thanks so much guys for playing all these amazing songs for us the fans, I'm from Caracas, Venezuela! You f*cking rock! |m|
I don't want to sound like an asshole but am I the only one who thinks these stream live shows are way better than actual live shows? I know we miss live shows a lot but this...It's so good.
I won't say its better. But seeing trivium like this is a unique time capsule for a year that has overall been shitty. At least bands are doing great shit like this, and its great to see trivium at the forefront of it. Iron maiden is releasing a live album too!
So glad they actually played songs like Broken One, Declaration, Drowning In Slow Motion and Cease All Your Fire. Hope they keep the deeper cuts coming
