I understand everything you say it’s just some people are not business minded. Everything you do one week may not work the next week even if you have a good plan, every one must know that the market is up and down. What works for one person may not work for another every one’s expensive are different and everyone need to know how to navigate there own business all you do is give us a base to start from. The driver who grossed 27k for the month must be under his own authority. I cannot see why his profit was less thar a thousand bucks. I'm confused on that number.

Miranda, Driver s salary is not company profit regardless who s driving the truck, even your business partner. That s why the confusiong. The business partner/owner and the company are 2 different entities. His salary is a company expense just like any other expense. what s left after paying everything and everybody( including you for dispatch service since nobody works for free) is company profit.

Judgment day is coming, and I don't mean the Terminator kind. Meanwhile, the trucking life is like being in a low-budget reality show: say goodbye to anything you love, unless your dream is living in a truck, eating truck stop cuisine, and cooking in a moving shoebox after a 14-hour day. I jumped into the industry during the boom like a kid at a candy store, and now I feel like a kid who realized all the candy was broccoli. 100-hour weeks for what? Peanuts. Literal peanuts. It's like signing up for a marathon and finding out the finish line is a treadmill that never stops.

Can you try to get more accurate information on fuel for your audience. That would be helpful. National average is is $3.65 and has dropped every week.
