0:48 how does 120 gm of soya chunks has 20 gm protein. Soya chunks have approx 50 gms protein per 100 gms and its bio availability is around 70 to 80 %, considering 70% bio availability, the actual protein that our body gets is 35 grams per 100 grams.

So if i m 77 kg i want bodybuilding i will have to eat like 170gram of protien thats not going to happen without the use of protien powder and casien no way i will be able to eat all that protien and additional carbs and fats for everyday for 3 months to build muscle its not sustainable

It depends on your experience of lifting weights ,you can't wake up some day and start to have 2.2gm p kg protein you have to slowly increase it from bottom

No. Bad for kidneys. Also, it contains phytochemicals, most soya are gmo (genetically modified)

Take your protein from several sources. Soya is just one source. Use eggs, chicken, fish, milk, yogurt, paneer etc. also.

Too much of soy protein is not good for health.

Research keeps changing but soya has relatively lower absorption and assimilation than, let's say eggs.
