In todays video we turbo charge my Honda S2000. The end results exceeded my expectations and I hope you guys enjoy! Be sure to drop a like if you enjoy the content :) Instagram: motorhead.c...
I think it’s time for the brothers to compete in a drag race! Yuri brings the BMW M3, Mark brings the S2000, Ben brings the McLaren, Vlad - brings his Wife 😂😂😂😂
The honda is class, really neat. Super cars, had Honda’s for years myself. I agree with the other lads, ye have nice cars each of ye, ye should do a video of a few drives in the cars. It will further expand your channel and other fans want to see the cars on the roads Ps I love the bonnet vents.
Looking sweet! One thing you might want to do differently next time is the lambda placement. It's recommended to place it on the upper half of the pipe so moisture won't settle in the lambda probe. I don't think it'll be a big deal though
Mark, Great job: a thoughtful and precise install. A Mc-Honda hybrid. Looking forward to dyno numbers. Should be high weight/Hp ratio, but not in Mclaren range.
Well worth all your hard works.Look at welding a support bracket from the pipes to the block to share the weight.(Edit is bolt to the block).O.P.gauge for sure.Looks Awesome !
350-400 hp on stock engine and trans. If u go more then there is chance of breaking something, make sure you do cattless dowdownpipe👌and exhaust looks nice
are you having any coolant system issues with the slim fans. On hot summer days, my temp gauge may from 8- 10 bars and drop back down quickly. Seems like that do not cool very officially
I didn’t see a catch can system. Last thing you want is pushing a head gasket due to increased crankcase pressure. I’ve had some bad luck pushing head gaskets. If it were me I’d pull the head and have it surfaced along with putting arp studs and a good head gasket before pushing any boost. This also gives you a chance to put a new timing belt / water pump if you haven’t already.
Unfortunately the upside down installed O2 Sensor will not last long, the condensing water on cold starts will flood the Sensor element and damage it pretty fast.
Unfortunately there really isn’t anything you can do besides move it. They are very sensitive. Believe you want 18 to 24 inches as well for a good reading. I’ve never used aem though I’ve used hondata with decent success. I’d wire the wideband into the ecu if you haven’t already so you don’t have speed density all the time. The data logging is very helpful on startup. Just need your phone now since they have Bluetooth support. Adjusting your timing / trimming fuel tables is pretty easy and there are good videos out there. That way your car is safe to drive until you get it to the dyno. Also helps understand what the tuner actually put in there. I’m sure you can do the same with aem.
@@Mtech_garage relocation is the only way to go in this case. You guys are doing great work and i love watching the videos, i am pretty sure you get that sorted 👍
@@Mtech_garage LTH Performance are the S2000 experts for reliable and conservative builds. They do 400 whp all the time on either turbo or supercharger. I would say you could push it safely past that to maybe 450 whp without opening the engine. You don't want to start down that road. A jdm import engine is not that much, so if you blow it, you won't be out a ton. Did you test your oil feed line to make sure the flow is working? Also did you need a restrictor for the oil feed line or is that built into the turbo? Nice build.
Rule one, always try to be diplomatic when it comes to potential suppliers, calling someone's product "junk" on your RU-vid channel doesn't instill much goodwill in them or other prospective sponsors. You'll catch more bees with honey than piss and vinegar.
@@Mtech_garage I've paid for oem parts and got some that were defective, I'm old enough to realize God isn't the one making those parts, so you find yourself facing imperfection in an imperfect world. All in all if you contact the vendor and calmly address the issue you may be surprised at the outcome. I'm not young enough to know everything, so if you prefer to scorch the earth, be my guest, sooner or later you may need to pass through a wasteland of your own making. Life is already tough enough with all of the goodwill you can muster up.
@@phillipward937 it’s not just me who has these issues with the product sir I understand where you are coming from, but many people have these same issues with their lines leaking
Don't be 2 stepping too much. I know someone personally who went full fukboy 2stepped a little too much. Long story short, he ended up dropping his valve and bought my f22.
