I have to disagree with you there because he had absolutely ZERO guarantees he wouldn't crash or pass out from the G forces of his "fun tricks". Not even a completely trained and licensed pilot can guarantee a 100% success rate. Not every burglar or robbery suspect has the intention to murder, but murders happen all the time when a first time offender or previously non-violent offender runs into someone they didn't expect to cover their own skin. He could've gotten help, he chose not to and was completely negligent and recklessly endangered every human within flying distance. To claim he broke the law "safely" is insane. There's no such thing as guarantees especially in this case.

Another tragic detail to the Mary Cerruti case is that she owned 8 cats that she adored. Six were found dead by cleaners after the house was foreclosed. This gave many people the wrong idea that she was an animal hoarder and was neglecting her pets. No, they simply died of starvation because their caretaker was dead inside the walls. HORRIBLE.

The rat poison story offers another very important lesson. I’m assuming the girl didn’t tell her parents out of fear, but also likely because she thought since she rinsed it out of her mouth and the poison wasn’t there for long, it would be fine. The problem with this is that the mouth and tongue are fantastic at absorbing things into the body, even better than the stomach. If you’re ever in need of quick pain relief, this is why you’re supposed to chew up the pill and let it absorb into your cheeks. Information like this just isn’t widely known and unfortunately leads to accidents like this. If you ever get a dangerous substance in your mouth, go to the hospital ASAP!
@basbleupeaunoire
@basbleupeaunoire 9 месяцев назад
Yep. I'm so sorry she feared getting in trouble.
@strayiggytv
@strayiggytv 9 месяцев назад
It's also a lesson in why you need to make it very clear what counts as something to get in trouble for and what doesn't. So many parents teach theyr kids that "bothering" them for any reason will get a negative reaction then act surprised when their kids suffer in silence . If you don't want your kids to ever bother you then you don't want kids. Period.

Mary's story is so sad. On the one hand, I live in a community where if one of our neighbors' mail started piling up and we hadn't heard from them for weeks--even if they're a quiet person--we'd check on them. I think that should be extended to everyone's neighbors. On the other hand, it only takes 3 days to die of dehydration. And that's not enough time for people to notice anything out of the ordinary. It's such a frustrating situation. Living alone is scary.
@thomasewing2656
@thomasewing2656 9 месяцев назад
The smell of decay when the house was for sale was probably ascribed to the dead cats and the rats took care of the flesh; the attic stairs being down may have meant nothing to the person who found them so. Sad. A welfare check by the neighbors may have helped or not. The neglected yard and car should have been a big red flag for the neighbors, especially knowing Mary lived alone.

About Natalya Nemets: I managed to find only one news article in the Russian media about this incident, and it says that she did not actually climb into the bowl to clean it. She was working nearby, and there were other people around. She was out of sight at some point, and then her co-workers saw her legs sticking out of the bowl with hot caramel. She made no noise when she fell, so people around her just didn’t notice (although maybe it was too noisy in the production room). The two most plausible explanations are that she either lost consciousness and fell, because it was too hot in the production room, or that she slipped and fell.

Imagine being trapped knowing no one is coming to look for you and that not only are you going to die, but your beloved babies too. Every time I think about Mary, I get worked up. When you have human children, people will notice if the parent disappears. When you have pets as a single person living alone, their lives are fully dependent upon you. The thing that scares me about that second story is that I have to deal with that sort of thing a lot when brushing my teeth. Me and my two step-sisters all sleep in the same small section of our house and we all share the same bathroom. The thing that annoys me is that they always leave the antiseptic first aid cream right next to the tube of toothpaste, which look incredibly similar. I always make sure to put it away whenever I see it. I’m not sure if it’s dangerous to ingest that stuff or not, but I’m scared that one day when I’m extremely tired I could accidentally put it on my toothbrush. I love my step-sisters and all, but man what an oversight.

The soup in the blood story reminded me of one of my dad’s stories. He asked how many IV bags had she changed and the nurse said (if I remember right) three or four within the past or hour two. He knew what was happening and he grabbed the nearest doctor and had to literally drag him into the room explaining to him that she’s in septic shock and is dying. He then had to leave because he got another call and was the driver for the fire truck. Don’t know what happened to her. It was a local hospital. Now whenever me or my sister need to go to the hospital we always say, “I’m not going to (hospital name), I don’t want to die” lol.

After the neighbors got the house checked up they found that all of her cats died, dozens of cats was left to die without Mary insight. So not only she was trapped but all of her pets died with her as there is no food, water, and no way out, just like Mary's fate, their own house has become their coffin

For example, speeding OVER a certain speed limit, zig-zagging, or, cutting in and out of traffic, deliberately choosing to accelerate to "beat" the Red Light, all these things, and many more, fall under the definition. One More thing, as you drive: It's NOT how fast you can GO. It's CAN YOU STOP??!! Retired police officer here, driving every day, in every condition, in a large city, snow, ice, flooding, without ever being involved in an accident. I take that back. Once, an impaired, elderly man, ran a stop sign, and I ALMOST was able to totally get out of his way, bc I saw and reacted. He barely touched my rear bumper. God was always with me, guided, and protected me. I ALWAYS listened. I knew from the time I was Very young, that I was born to help others, although I didn't know it was to be a p.o. This was in 1975, and I was one of the 1st females "on the street", a one-officer car. When you find what you love to do, working doesn't Feel like a job. You've Heard it, and it's true. This ep. had some very interesting tragedies of various varieties, from various parts of the world, from very different people with very different backgrounds, but in the end, they all sadly perished with heartfelt sympathy. Some of these deaths were sadly unavoidable, just someone being in the wrong place @the wrong time, others were tragic in that they so easily could have been avoided & were entirely unnecessary, & some were simply bizarre, but no less tragic. Well done, Tragedy Tales.

Sergio's death in Barcelona is truly Wild. It makes me think of a person that was struck by lightning while standing in their home near their fireplace. So interesting because an ancestor of theirs was standing in the home in the same place and was struck by lightning a decade before. I wish I could remember where exactly I saw that story.

Great research on your part. My only hang up is assuming Richard didn't seek help. He very well may have. Getting therapy isn't easy. It's a lot of hoops to jump through and money to pay. Maybe he tried talking to his wife and she might not have wanted to hear it. I know for myself, if I try to talk to someone and they brush me off, I'll keep it to myself because I don't want to bother others. We cant fully say he didn't seek help because we don't know. Also, I used to have a g-Tube or feeding tube in my stomach and I was NEVER given chicken noodle soup! I never knew that was an option. Not that I could taste the flavors but still... I'm mad!

I live in Seattle, I watched the Richard Russell flight unfold live on the news. It was horrific to watch. The entire area was shocked at what we saw.

I feel so sorry for the 21 year old mother, but also for her 2 year old daughter. Someday she will probably learn one way or another that she accidentally killed her own mother, and I can't imagine how difficult a revelation that must be...I hope that she never finds out.

Her daughter DIDN'T accidentally kill her mother, Yulia tragically made a poor choice to NOT open the car door and go through the window which cost her her life IN FRONT of her daughter.

@@HorrorHound87 her daughter pushed the button, her daughter killed her! If the kid wasn't in the car that poor woman would still be here! Daughter's fault 100%!

@@its_taps ...so go arrest the daughter, lock her up and throw away the key because a 2 year old WOULDN'T have clinical awareness of such a tragic action and DESERVES to rot in prison, Right?

@@HorrorHound87 No one is saying that she should be punished for it. But i think its realistic to think that she will feel insane guilt once she learns about it.

@@HorrorHound87 the average 2 year old knows how car windows work. Wouldn't it be just terrible if she thought she was playing a game with Mommy?

Really well done video, sad but interesting. And I really appreciate the effort on providing as much real clips and pictures as possible, and not just stock clips.
