Lol thank you. The grass is growing, and this is tractor riding time of year I wish I had time for that. I had a few trees down and cut them up for firewood. Now it's time to split them up on the log Splitter. Country life ya know.
I have never seen Turkey and Gravy cooked in this method, I like the method By far you're a very good cook. FULL WINGS unbroken in gravy. As you know it's all about the taste. I will try this .
Another great video! I always look forward to see what's next on your agenda, not just for the recipes, but your meticulous presentation of the food, your knowledge, and your calm, awe inspiring voice that perks my ears up when I hear it as you describe in great detail the ingredients required to cook up another masterpiece of a meal. Don't worry, were not 'going anywhere' 🤠
Thank you so much Nick I very much appreciate you my friend. You have been around from the start of the channel and I thank you for that. We have so much more to come. Blessings your way.
I am not a lover of Turkey, but watching you make this put the smells of home as a kid. This is exactly the way Mom would do this. I have learned to do this with Chicken, and other hardy meats. And easy all around way to make your own Gravy, the Right way. NO CANS allowed. ✌🤙
This is the ultimate comfort food. If you've ever had that gravy on that bread you would know the taste. This does bring back good memories. It's time I passed down some recipes.
This is the same way I cook turkey legs in my Instant Pot, having a pressure cooker is very convenient for me. Sometimes, I will run the legs under the oven broiler to brown the skin. My wife doesn't like 'gravy', so I call it a sauce. I usually make beurre manié (butter and flour) to thicken the broth for a 'sauce' in the Instant Pot using the saute mode. There is a local turkey farm about 10mins away, they now sell turkey 'chops', which is breast meat. I've cooked them in my IP, but I like legs better...Please keep posting, you're doing an excellent job!
What a delicious meal 😊 That gravy is perfect! I wish we could get turkey parts or even chicken wings in N. De., we are short on alot of items the last few years. We eat only poultry and seafood, but I never run out of recipes 😊 I could make this with chicken legs, must follow the supply chain....lol...... ty 💯👍
Hi. I love the way you cooked the turkey and gravy, I can eat that all day. I noticed you're v very creative with blending food with other cultures, especially Asian I guess you call it Fusion? You're doing great things with food. Are you a professional chef 👨🍳 🤔? Have a great day 👍🏾
Oh my God! You out did your self this time. I am in turkey heaven as tired as I am this evening from work. I could eat this and go straight to bed Lol.What brand of pressure cooker do you use ?
