For one you got to eat better drink your vegetables blend them with the bananas strawberries or any kind of berries and a little bit of fiber every morning make it an exercise of daily dose of a smoothie with vegetables then a little exercise also control your intake and medications from pharmaceuticals this is what you talk about this is what I've done and my cardiologist has told me change my diet change the way I live and I have at least 15 hard texts I have nine stents in my heart I will not let them do open heart surgery because of the anesthesia I have a reaction to it a severe reaction it's called acute renal figure but other than that I feel great I'm getting stronger I've been dealing with this since 2014 have a positive attitude towards your health care take care of yourself God bless you it's very important stop eating unnecessary foods processed foods and especially watch the pills that you take investigate and learn about what reaction or risk do they have you'll see yourself get stronger and lose weight and feel better

My sister has stage 5 kidney problemthe the dr told her if she dont stary dialysis herkinevtually fail and die. All close family was at her house talking her to start dialysis i think she agreeed how can she or anyone reverse from stage 5 to become better with sta 5 kidney to better. Can elenorate on this subject
