Check the following channel on RU-vid *"Dr Joe TV"* . He has a serie of videos which address what you are asking for. The first one is titled *This Is How I Reversed My Diabetes. Steal My Plan - Week 1* . He has about 8 videos like this. Very helpful. You can also check the book *"Mastering Diabetes: The Revolutionary Method to Reverse Insulin Resistance Permanently in Type 1, Type 1.5, Type 2, Prediabetes, and Gestational Diabetes*"" by Cyrus Khambatta and Roby Barbaro* OR the book: *Dr. Neal Barnard's Program for Reversing Diabetes: The Scientifically Proven System for Reversing Diabetes Without Drugs* Both programs have a youtube channel with many free and educative videos.
