Naomi was one of the favorites of WORLD CLASS designers like D&G, Gianni Versace, Azzedine Alaia, John Galliano etc. As opposed to Tyra whose most known works have been for Sports Illustrated (B-grade) and Victoria's Secret. Naomi has covered Vogue way more than Tyra, based on the fact she's clearly got more associations with the fashion industry (she's obviously very close with the likes of Kate Moss, Edward Enninful, Steven Klein, Donatella Versace, Anna Wintour, Dolce & Gabbana, Riccardo Tisci etc.), she's obviously more respected in the fashion industry, and she's a better model both in editorials and on the runway. Tyra slayed the runways for Victoria's Secret. Naomi slayed the runway for basically every high fashion brand there is. Sorry, no comparison.

So true, and then you look at the way they walk. Naomi is very effortless while Tyra seems more like she's trying to draw everyone's eyes to her, she tries way too hard. It works for things like Victoria Secret, but it makes sense why she was not a staple in the "High Fashion" shows like Naomi was, and still is.

That's because Tyra was tired of Naomi Campbell comparison. She gained 3 kilos remember couldn't shake it off. Didn't like to do higher fashion catwalk. Now, good to see those 2 kiss and make up!!

1) Tyra IS proportionate, wtf. She was and is more proportionate than a lot of other models/former models. 2) The reason why most catwalk models have smaller breasts than Tyra is because breasts are mostly fat. Not only that, but breasts are also mostly UNNEEDED fat - if you lose weight you'll most likely lose some breasts because your body will be like "well, this is not really necessary to my survival". "Toothpick" models don't have big breasts because most of the time, if you're going to be this thin, you're not going to have a D or DD bra size. It's not because "boobs are too much of a distraction". I'd even argue that for lingerie such as Victoria's Secrets, it makes a lot more sense to have a model like Tyra with hips, a booty and boobies to fill said lingerie than your typical "toothpick" model - it looks a lot more fitting.
