This company doesn’t have very good customer service. I ordered one and saw the pictures include 2 handles so when I received it and it had one handle, I contacted the company. They acknowledged that it was a mistake in the picture and updated the picture but all they would do to fix the issue was offer 25% off the extra handle which is effectively $5 off. Shipping and customs will cost more than they are offering. Sad about the service but hopefully the product will be good.
Im debating between this bag and the city pack xpac from aer. My use case is commuting in the city with a laptop and some other things but not too much. I would also like to take it traveling. What would you recommend? Also is the laptop supported well with a false bottom and/or suspended in the air a bit? Thank you.
I’ve been trying to make the same decision. I like the look of both bags, but this one does look slightly nicer on the outside. On the inside though, I like the Aer’s organization better. Seems like this bag has basically none, which is a bummer
@@Ryan_F. I ended up getting the citadel (christmas present). I’ll open it on Christmas and if you want to know my thoughts reply to this comment around Christmas Day. Take care!
@@ryz.78 Hey I'd like to know your thoughts on this bag! I have the Aer Tokai and am curious to know how you're find the R3 18. I was going to purchase but what threw me off was the lack of organization in the main compartment except for the one zippered compartment. The City Pack has the half panel to store things in pockets, but that's pretty lacking here in the R3 18.
@@mhein5589 ya I’d love to share my thoughts on it and maybe give some helpful info! If you reply to this comment on Christmas Day (or around then) it’ll remind me to reply here.
