Just got mine from Amazon and the filter had came out of the box and was cracked. Was just going to buy a filter from Amazon and swapprd it out as damaged but the bottom of stand was cracked also.Badly packed item!

seeing you un-box it makes me wonder why it costs so much

on 4:40; where did you get those two little "notches"? Did they come inside the box and you installed them? My stand has no two little notches that attach to the aquarium so the tank basically sits loose only attached to the stand by the filter. Did I do something wrong? Anyone with other Fluval Edges 12gl have no "two little notches" or am I the only one?

how do you put like large rocks into it since the hole is so small?

Your does have the notches, I see them on the video. I ended up calling Fluval and they sent a replacement column. I disagree, I think they are important.
