My age is 52 years, at I am workings as freelancer for last 25 years, I realised this so called corporate culture long ago and resigned my first job in less than 1 month. I worked independently and made stable income sources.

Dear @@hemanthk6960 as far as my concern I started my career as freelancer graphics designer in 1997 provided my services to printing industry, later I brushed my skills for software and web development made lot of softwares and websites professionally, during this phase I learnt video editing, VFX, 3D Modeling and served film industry with my skills. This doesn't end up here only along with journey as per my experience and skills I am preparing courses on these subjects for RU-vid. I normally take any projects according to my skills and time schedules. And to be very frank passive income is just an enough savings you made using your skills other things are just illusions. I hope you understand my point and you have to analyze your situation best which suits you. Thanks & Welcome

These banks became big in the last 20 yrs. Ditto with IT companies. So you have a predominantly young workforce. The real picture is yet to come

Right, Sir ji ✅️ You are sharing the reality of PSU Banks. After introduction of Bancassurance, i.e. selling of insurance products through banks, the preassure is high to meet the targets. Cases of mis-sold of insurance policy are on the rise, and even RBI & government is issuing advisory to stop mis selling insurance products. Naukari Naukari hai bhai..

Hi sir. PSU Bank officer here. What you said is true, though it might not go down well with most of the viewers. If you are from a privileged family or had good education, then you should not join PSB. You will be left frustrated. This job is only meant for less educated lot.

Accenture ne declare kar diya already ki is saal base salary hike 0% rahega poore Indian employees ke liye....aur performance bonus bhi nahi ke barabar milega chaahe performance kaisi bhi rahi ho last 1 year me....

Not only Accenture but all major IT companies not giving any appraisal. In 2021 they gave double salary to retain employee and to new joinee but not giving any thing to old loyal employee who did not resign in 2021.

Most of the companies, HRs are are kith and kin of the MD. They are paid handsomely and they just enjoy the post, salary perks, status and act according to the wishes of MD, and no policy nothing.

I realized this 10 yrs back and left my job, fauzi hi banna hai toh desh ke liye hi ban lo, paise agar jyada /poore mil rahe hai toh kuch designation dedo, kahi kaam karalo, 40-42 k baad aap par responsibilities jyada hongi and company uska fayda uthaigi, Direct owner ke niche kaam karna chahiye not below another employee. Job me kaam karte hue samjhe jaana jaruri hai, actual kaam karna nahi😂

HR has many roles - accounting, policy making, recruitment, onboarding&joining, facility management, rolling out offers, listening to employee concerns, conflict management, assisting in appraisals, exit formalities, etc - HRs are only present to motivate and carry out fun activities. Large MNCs cannot function without HRs

Corporate pe Manager will pull the carpet down from behind you to reduce costs ... but whats bad is it happen behind your back... In military parlance this is called Gan$ugiri , jo peeche se waar karte hai usko fauj me Gaa$u bolte hai, sorry sir this is the language of carmadarie.. lekin maaro to saamne se bol ke ..Hence I desist any HR to draw parallels from army to corporate life...
