I get so happy every time I replay that I still get this puzzle first try no matter how long it’s been. I may have a horrible horrible memory but this puzzle is forever in my brain and is my one source of pride in that field

What they did get was the "change of perspective" one wrong many times so the game gave most of them a hint

@@hollowknightenjoyer if you fail the puzzle with the 3 different colored buttons, the room which changes perspectives, too often, when you enter the room another time a textbox appears telling you that "you notice a blue switch behind a pillar", giving the playe a hint to search for the button behind the pillar. Lots of lets plsyers seem to have had lots of trouble with this puzzle in particular. Its one of the early puzzle in the ruins.

That wall section is probably a collision oversight. Toby knew you can't walk over there because you would fall into the pit, but forgot about this so now when you fail 11 times you can walk there and boom.

I remember doing this on my first playthrough (on purpose I swear) I also found the hole in the wall. I was probably one of the first to find it so I uploaded a video of walking out of bounds. I've since took it down because people know about it now. I don't know why Toby didn't patched the hole in the wall out of the game lol, I guess he never found out.

@@RickCore0H sometimes games can have trouble with too many entities being on screen, the fact collision on a wall also breaks after this makes it look like a bug

@@Just_Caden From the looks of it, it's just that one specific part of the wall that doesn't have collision. And since you're supposed to fall way before it, toby either: A) Didn't put a collision there specifically B) Thought to himself that it'd be funny if there was a noclip wall and added it for lols
