Thank you for sharing your incredibly healing energy with us 🤗 I’m a tennis 🎾 player, luv the outfit! I have bad shoulders, and extremely tight neck, shoulders, traps. This is good, and I’m trying - my serving arm (right) won’t really stay against the wall, I’m doing what I can and your live sessions and these RU-vid sessions are the answer. 🙏🏻

Hello Dear LuChin!!! Love the outfit!!! Great exercise video. Although there was a lot of cracking and popping in my body during the exercise. I hope this is ok? However I do feel better :)

Thanks J! The wall angel was difficult for me when I first started doing it - a lot of cracking and popping as well. But gradually it becomes my go to exercises to unlock my shoulder mobility, because it is so effective! But start slow with a fewer repetitions for each set. 🤗
