17:03 What exercise can strengthen throat muscles, for us senior peeps that snore now?
18:15 I bought mine in 2008. I love it. It's the single exercise equipment purchase that I consistently use. That being said, I've broken at least 2 maybe 3 springs on mine. It's also noisier than this one, not terribly, but it's noticeable. I have oiled the springs a few times, but they get very dirty with dust and other crud built up. How do you keep the springs clean?

30:54 - I love my Cellerciser! I bought my 80 yr. old mom one too to keep her muscles strong. My sister bought one as well! I’ve loved it for a year and 1/2! I always rebounded barefoot. I’ve been having pain in my feet when I walk after having been seated for a while. I would rebound 10 min. At least 2x’s per day. So, I have taken a break and will rebound with my training/ walking shoes from now on. Can’t wait to get back on it. Any tips?

For example, I would like a health bounce with a personal input word prompt of “eye exercises” where I could stretch my eyes in 8 different directions while simply bouncing to make them stronger. Or, if for example I want to modify some of the prompts like instead of only doing arm circles if I wanted to show that but do some of the moves that Linne Linder shows and just put in a word prompt for that.

Neuropathy is deficiency of vitamin B complex, particularly B1 ( thiamine). The Mylene sheet damaged ( whole the peripheral nerve bundle). Ppl with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes have neuropathy. Get on Keto diet and OMAD ( one meal a day) first 21 days, will reverse pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes, have a complete clean diet. Take fat soluble Vit B1 ( Benfotamine) and eat non-fortified nutritional yeast ( Anthony’s). I had neuropathy, pre-diabetes, macula degenerative, and osteoarthritis. I turned all of my problems around by implementing the above methods in 21 days. I’m 55 and I had these health problems two years ago. Now I have a clean diet, 18:6 intermittent fasting, and exercise. I just leaned about rebounder 13 days ago. I have been rebounding for 10 days. My diet includes 20% plant-based and 80%animal-based, only Whole Foods and no eating out. I’m lean and full of energies and mental clarity. I consider nutrition is a grocery and lymphatic drainage is dirty dishes. After I eat I need to do my dishes. 😊

Wow! Dave Thanks for inventing this Cellerciser!!! My routine for my body daily incorporates so many of the things you are talking about so now, just purchased the "RIGHT rebounder", you created-I am so excited to follow your programs....I waited to find you, I saw you about 6 years ago, and then lost contact with it. Hi, Dave! I got my Cellerciser yesterday. I was watching out the window as the UPS driver pulled up. She laughed when I threw open the door and told her how excited I was to receive my package. I was 3 hours late for your live last night because I don't know the schedule. I've been devouring your videos in preparation for my Cellerciser. I used it 3 times yesterday and this morning before work. I have to get up at 3am, but I fit in exercise most days. Now, with the Cellerciser, I can fit it in every morning. Last night, my knees were hurting, but not today. I guess I just have to get used to this new way of working my body. I have a question that I hope you'll see and answer. I have what some call a menopausal belly, which makes me cringe. Which Cellercises would be best for me to eradicate this unwelcome addition to my body? I got a little confused when you mentioned working the stomach muscles one way and fat another way. I want to make the best decisions. I really just want to feel good and healthy. Getting rid of the muffin top would be a welcome bonus because I've always been slender. I am thrilled to be a part of your Cellerciser family. I took before pics yesterday because I fully expect to have amazing after pictures to show everyone so they can see the benefits for themselves. Thank you for all you do! 💜

great to hear from you and your enthusiasm really comes across. Start off easy on the Cellerciser and let the body adapt. Cellercise.com/userguide offers some suggestions for beginning. The body will adapt but it can take a few weeks. I would hold off on the kick outs for a while to allow the ligaments and tendons to build up. The Fat Eradicator 1 and sit and bounce are a couple good movement/routines to help burn off unwanted pounds and build the abdominal core. The Fat Eradicator 1 is on the MrRebounder.com app but we also did it on our RU-vid channel. Let me know if I can help!😃

Hi David, I finally purchased my Cellerciser two weeks ago. I can tell you that I am still working on getting my sleep. When I first got it, I used it and I got a tremendous headache. I remembered you said in your videos that it’s normal because the lymphatic system might be clogged. I am trying to use it every morning and night except for a few days I couldn’t. I have noticed the first 4 days and I only had it for 2 weeks, that I can see my abs. My entire body feels tighter. To be honest, I haven’t done an entire routine yet. I will definitely let you know in a few more weeks how I feel. Oh, my chihuahua loves it from day one:-) I already love it from day one; Even before I received it. ❤ Questions: My Cellercise didn’t come with a video. Do I get one? What kind of oil do I use for the coils? Thank you!

Yes! To both of these questions! I purchased mine used so didn't get the cd or video but I wouldn't have a way to view either anyway. He mentions using the "correct oil" in this video but didn't tell what the correct oil is. Karen

This man with his feet pain , I would recomend him to research carnivore diet others that tried with good result , as it remove the inflamtion and let the body relax from a constant fight against own immune system. And bounce.

I have been bouncing for a couple months now. For a least a month now I’ve been doing 5 mins every other day. I don’t notice any improvement in my obvious ailments…digestion, neuropathy in my feet, just to name a couple.

I think the minimum would be ten minutes every day. If you need to work up to that start doing 5 every day and increase from there with a goal of 20-30 min per day. But Dave may want to weigh in here. All the best-

We use Three and One multipurpose oil. It’s at most grocery stores in the household section but can be purchased through Amazon too. 😀

Do you recommend wearing sneakers, or is it best to do barefoot, or in socks. I have seen some people recommend going barefoot saying it will build foot and ankle strength, while others say you should always wear sneakers. I cannot tell if you are wearing socks or some kind of shoe. I have tried both and barefoot feels best to me, but I am not sure if that is what you recommend. Thank you.
