gotta be honest with you. I started the journey to bariatric surgey in jan 2023. lost the required weight yet I was refused because I had lost a bit more than the required weight. i was devastated. but today i praise the lord that it i never got this surgery as I have heard the long term effects can be devastating.
Sorry to hear about that lil fever! Hopefully 🤞🏽 that nips it all in bud whatever may be going on! The 20 pounds will go down once your active at work and can move around some more don’t stress over it I understand tho. Today, I’m 2 weeks post op went to appt and I cannot believe I lost 25 pounds that fast !!! Amazing I’m so ecstatic! It’s gonna be a great summer can’t wait to go bathing suit shopping 🛍️ lol
@@kakisrnyjourney5376 I would be down in the dumps about it as well. It will, have grace with yourself. U have all the tools and education u need about food and exercise to get it off and u will work it off . Healing ❤️🩹 and resting is most important right now. Be well .
