Word of advice to drivers: If you're going to use your phone illegally, try not to upset cyclists along the way, otherwise you'll end up like this driver who ended up reported to the police for phone use and close pass.

Police response is pretty vague lately, but for what I gather this driver either got a warning letter of fines and points on his license.
